I cannot rave about our experience with Moses and Eco Grizzly enough. My mom was selling her house and another company quoted that her chimney was not fixable and quoted $25K to replace the work. I got multiple secondary reviews and many other companies said it was fixable but Moses called me back and walked through the inspection report with me line by line. He then quoted me a much more reasonable quote to fix the small gap.

Not only that, he offered to chat with the buyer and their agent on his assessment so that they would feel confident in his expertise. He went above and beyond.

When you’re either buying or selling a house, you just want an honest contractor who won’t oversell you on the issue just so that they can charge you an arm and a leg. It’s so hard to find honest, high quality, experienced contractors of character and I feel so so so thankful to Moses and his team for their professionalism and experience.

Excellent service from Poli and Daniel! They came in to do several fireplace maintenance things including installation of an electronic valve/spark ignition system. On time and polite. First time they came by to do the work, the gas line had to be reconnected - they recommended a good plumber to work on it, and then came back the second time free of charge to make sure everything is functioning as it should after the plumbing work.

Super happy I went with Eco Grizzly and will look no further for my fireplace needs!

Eco Grizzly was recommended by our neighbors and we are so glad they were! Jack came out to do an inspection and gave us a couple of quotes with photos. The technicians came a few days later and installed a new cap, new damper, and did a thorough cleaning of our chimney. They did a great job and the fireplace is ready to go for this winter! 😁 We will use this fantastic company again in the future!

Before I decided to use Eco Grizzly I had several companies come out for quotes and a cursory education. To be totally honest, Jack is the only one to actually show me a diagram of how the chimney is laid out and explain the cleaning process.

Pricing was actually one of the best too, though my decision was predicated more on a trust and a sense from meeting with them that I trusted them. Then when the technician, Poli, came of he could not have been nicer or more attentive to me and my property.

Highly recommend Eco Grizzly, you won't regret it, They will be our annual go to for chimney cleaning and inspection. Much thanks to Jack and his team.

I contacted Eco after talking with 2 other chimney contractors about a water leak in my chimney. Eco inspected my chimney thoroughly and recommended my crown be sealed to stop the leak into my firebox and resurface my smoke chamber due to water damage. They showed me photos supporting their recommendations and gave a very fair quote for the work, lower than the others I consulted. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Indoors, they covered all areas near my fireplace with plastic tarp. No mess anywhere. Everybody I dealt with was so polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Eco Grizzly, from start to finish. We have a 50+ year old fireplace in need of repair, cleaning, and assurance that it was up to code. Calling and setting the appointment was easy and the phone staff was wonderful in getting us confirmed. Our service technician, Sebastian, was prompt and professional with providing our assessment and estimate and walking us through all our questions. The implementation team of Poli and Daniel were top-notch. Very efficient, explaining everything, careful of setup to prevent mess, and extremely friendly. What a wonderful company all around and we very appreciate their service and how well they took care of us!

I used yelp to contact Eco Grizzly to service my chimney. I needed a chimney, top damper and an inspection and thorough cleaning. Moishe contacted / texted me in less than five minutes. He asked all the right questions and we set up an appointment to begin. Their inspector came out in a couple of days and did a very thorough inspection of what needed to be done to the Chimney. Eco Grizzly pricing seemed reasonable to me so I scheduled an appointment for the technicians to come out in two weeks. They were able to come out earlier than expected and I was happy about that. They did a terrific job of installing the damper top and reconditioning the insulation of the fire box in about three hours. I will schedule a yearly cleaning with this company because I trust their work.
