On 11/10/25, I had service with Mr. Dryer vent & Duct Cleaning of Parkland. I paid 1,300 USD for about 1 hours service for both dryer duct vent and Air Duct cleaning Service . Company sent 1 person to do the job. He quoted the air duct cleaning price by counting how many air vents. I have 7 duct vents but only 1 duct vent was vacuumed. I have coil cleaning service, Mold treatment service as recommended because every time my AC running I did smell mold when Air was blowing. After service, I let my AC running 2 hours at 68F as told. But I still smelled something in the air when AC start blowing. I called the tech, he was not happy with my feedback, he said he did not smell anything at all when he left. Do you know why? Because the tech he just quickly left, he did not wait for me to turn on the AC and checked his work. Average, air Duct cleaning alone service will take at least 2-3 hours for a team at least of 2 people.
I would like to ask within 1 hour labor of only 1person, doing dryer duct clean and air duct clean, plus coil clean, plus mold treatment would be provide a qualified work. I hope other customers when using this company service will consider of this time frame. I paid 1,300usd to learn a life lesson. Hope all a blessing day.

He promptly replaced it and cleaned the dust-covered evaporator coil. Now that the air is blowing colder than ever, our house cools down significantly faster. I am very relieved that we did not have to replace the entire system.
