We had a very concerning and unprofessional experience with this company. The technician completed the job, but the quality of the work was questionable. Even though proper HVAC materials were already on-site from a recent dryer installation, he used duct tape instead of appropriate materials for the vent repair. He then insisted we send payment to his personal account instead of through the company, which raised concerns.

When we tried calling the company multiple times to confirm, no one answered. The technician became aggressive, entered our home, and harassed us for payment to the point we had to call the police.

We ultimately felt pressured to pay just to get him to leave our home and the company didn’t return our calls until hours later. The lack of communication and accountability was extremely disappointing.
