I would highly recommend Black goose chimney I bought an old home that has two fireplaces black goose was recommended to me from my builder and they did not disappoint. They gave me a fair price did not try to oversell me was very competent. Bobby was fantastic.

We hade Black Goose Chimney replace our old gas fireplace with an electric one back in early September '24. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Sergey and company finished the job in a timely manner, it's works great and looks fantastic.

Move forward to April '25 and without going into great detail, the remote was lost. I reached out and with the help of Karen and Juanita, they were able to reach out and get us a replacement. I would definitely recommend them them, over and over.

A year ago, I worked with this company and was very satisfied. Now that it’s time to turn my fireplace back on, I remembered them again and decided to write a thank-you note. They’ve done work not only for me but also for my friends, who have been happy with their service for five years now. Highly recommend!

We set up an initial appt for 12/19 at 2:00pm with a window giving them til 4:00pm to arrive. At 4:00pm I called the office and spoke to Ari who told me they had no record of our phone number or address. Almost immediately after that call I received a voice message indicating Sergei was on his way (about 25 minutes out). I want into my email and found that there was an invoice addressed to me for $339.00 and a quote addressed to me for $8990.00. No one had ever come to our home . This was our first appt with them. Not at all impressed with the disorganization of this company.

The young lady on the phone Elizabeth was so sweet and helpful. She helped me make my payment over the phone with no problem! It’s such a joy to still have good customer service around. I haven’t heard that hospitality since the 70s! Mike and Brandon were a delight to have! Thank you Black Goose!

Everything about the experience was great. From the phone call to the guys who came out, everyone was nice and courteous. The techs were ever knowledgeable and honest. I will use them again.

We can't say enough good things about Black Goose and Sergey. Sergey is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He texted me to let me know when they'd be out to do an annual maintenance on our fireplace and arrived on time. They respected our property by laying cloth down in their walking path and work area. They finished quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Thank you Sergey; you have customers for life with us!

I asked Black Goose to come inspect my gas fireplace. Great work and great advice by the two gentlemen who came out. They didn’t swindle or upsell, they were straight forward with the solutions and prices. The drone they use to inspect and take pictures/videos is very useful.

I was throughly disappointed with the technician. Firstly they arrived more than two hours prior to the appt time, with no phone call. I paid to have my chimney and wood stove inspected. He never even opened the wood stove and when it was brought to his attention he said it’s a metal box, it’s fine. I was also given a quote of 8k for work on the chimney. When I requested the pics that I was promised that day they had mysteriously disappeared. I spoke with the office numerous times and was told the owner would contact me. After a week of no returned calls I requested a refund which I was given. The office staff was very polite and apologetic, however the technician was rude and the owner apparently couldn’t find the time to address my concerns. I’d rather do business with a company I can trust.

We had an outstanding experience with Black Goose. Glad, Arthur, and Sergey assessed the inoperable condition of our old, plain fireplace that was damaged by wildlife, and replaced it with a beautiful fireplace that we designed to our tastes. Price was fair, and the craftsmanship in the install was outstanding. We highly recommend the Black Goose team. Thanks so much from Pat and Miriam.

Firstly they were prompt and notified me by phone of their intended arrival time. I took great appreciation with their respect of my person and property both inside and out. They carried out their work with professionalism and efficiency in a friendly manner. Sergey and his partner were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. After diagnosing the problem with my gas fireplace, they were able to complete the repair right away and demonstrated how they had fixed it. They are a busy team, so I did have to wait a few weeks for them to come out but that is the nature of gas fireplace repair. Would definately recommend them.

I really appreciate the communication between the company & myself. It was great to not only receive a message they were on their way but Brandon took a few minutes to address my concerns over the phone. We were quite impressed by their professionalism & thoroughness, especially because the job was more work-intensive than anticipated. I am grateful to have my fireplace up & running & I can thank the good people at Black Goose for making it happen .

Your team very quickly assessed the problem with my fireplace and explained what needed to be done to fix it. They were very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Had a very positive experience scheduling with Black Goose Chimney to come out and inspect our 30 year old gas fireplace. Sergey arrived right on time and was very thorough with making sure it was in good working order. He is very knowledgeable and answered several questions we had and discussed what our options would be for upgrading if we decided to go that route.

Extremely happy with the cleaning and door repairs John and his helper completed on their service call. I can’t wait for the first cool day to enjoy my fireplace. Both gentlemen were respectful in keeping area clean especially with fireplace soot . They went up on the roof to check for any defects. I will feel safe using my fireplace this fall and winter. I have a dog who is nosey so I had him contained but they made sure i knew when they had to open my backyard gate. I highly recommend Black Goose for anyone need fireplace concerns. They installed my first fireplace insert years ago and it is still working warmly with yearly inspections.

Mike, Chris, Arthur, and John were wonderful. I needed a damper installed and they came out quickly and helped. Had it installed in no time. I use them for my other property too. Always so kind and friendly. Thank you for being efficient.
