We hired Chim-Chimnee Sweeps to clean our air ducts. Their customer service is fantastic from my first call inquiring about service to them working in my home. They were patient and kind with answering my questions before and during my appointment. Their pricing is fair. They did a great job.

My husband had one company come out and they didn’t clean, and barley inspected the fireplace. Just said we needed 2k in repairs. We had Justin and Steve come out and they confirmed that the first quy was about as honest as a used car dealer. They took the time to explain things, showed pictures, and voiced concerns. We will be using them every year for our fireplace. If you’re looking for honest work that’s quality and reliable I would highly suggest them. Family owned and a local business.

I am a real estate agent and use Justin for both my personal home and for my clients when they need anything done with fireplaces/chimneys! They are honest and affordable. When they are finished with the work, they clean up after themselves and it looks as good as it did when they got there.

Just had a visit from these guys - was amazing. I'm a new home owner so he answered all of my questions about my specific fireplace (what types of fuel it burns, options in terms of gas conversion of the unit etc).

There was a bit of a miscommunication in terms of price, but they honored my thoughts on it, which was really appreciated.

I ended up having them chimney sweep and then install a Gas starter.

These guys were second call I made - first place I called never answered/returned my calls...so called these guys and they called me back in less than 10 minutes.

10/10 would recommend.

Justin is the 2nd generation owner and is doing a great job w customer service. This is a family business that does the job right the first time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Chim-Chiminee is great company and does fantastic work. They are experienced, respectful of the home when they work, thorough, and quick. The scheduling process was quick and responsive.

From what I have experienced everything is very good I would recommend loving here!

Some apartments are DEFINITELY infested with roaches . Coming out of drains/sink , walls / vents .

The place is improving everyday in every way. The staff are amazing!

Very unprofessional, the property managesrs assistant, likes to call people names after being told she'll be prayed for, takes the quote as a threat, heavy discrimination against anyone she believes to have what she called "all that fat in the back"...in my opinion, they will take your money if your giving it, but won't fix any problems with your unit...please find somewhere else before coming in, the assistant took pictures of my car and threatened to call police because I'm on private property, when all I clearly wanted was to pay the rent and get answers to why the unit still has mold...

Management and the leasing ladies are awesome, great to work with. I would recommend the Hudson apartments.

These apartments are nasty they have bugs and rats coming out the cracks of the walls and vents and if you on the 3 floor your ceiling will leaking if you looking for apartment don't move here

Everybody from the manager to the maintenance guys have all been great to work with and the residents are all very sweet in my experience.

My apartment floods when it rain the building I live in it's a lot of pot holes in the driveway and I can't get cable because the manager said no drilling on the building so no cable for me ...I can't get rid of fruit flies the closets never been in track since I've moved here can't wait till my lease is up
