SN Shine is a great company to work with. They’re very knowledgeable and ready to work with your existing setup, and provide a lot of insight into how and “why” things are as they are which very helpful if you are settling into a new property like me. They bring honesty and transparency along with their knowledge and had all the parts to fix an issue I had, and advice for things that didn’t need fixing. I will be working with them again for my future fireplace needs.

Nadav is professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He inspected our chimney and made sure there were no blockages and cleaned up afterwards. Wind blew the cap off of my furnace chimney. Called SN Shine Chimney Service and they happened to be nearby on another job. They arrived within an hour and completed the replacement within 45 minutes. New cap looks great.They also provided a free quote to replace my 45 year old fireplace cap, which I will have them do. Very fair price. Highly recommend.

Excellent fireplace company, I call him every year to get my fireplace started as I cannot do it myself. He always comes by within a day or two and his charges are extremely reasonable for this service he provides. Thank you and see you next year.

SN Shine just finished cleaning out and inspecting the fireplace with the new home I bought. Outstanding work and service. SN Shine also explained how the fireplace worked and how to keep it maintained properly. Lastly I had a new chimney cover replaced. Also areas were repaired on the chimney to prevent further water issues. Outstanding service! Could not ask for anything better in this process. Definitely 5 stars. Would give 10 if the scale would allow.

Nadav did an outstanding job with our chimney caps. He fitted and extended the two fire tiles, very neatly filled in the crown to match an existing chimney crown, and capped them with stainless steel vents. His communication was excellent as well. Nadav takes great pride in his work, and it shows. Highly recommended!

Professional chimney cleaning service with fine attention to detail. The chimney was beautifully cleaned. Careful inspection of the chimney found the need for both a new chimney chase cover and furnace pipe cover, both legitimate needs. Prices were fair, and service was prompt and courteous. Just had Nadav out to clean our chimney, logs, and replace the rocks, sand and rock wool. See before and after pics. He was very professional, and he even gave good advice on proper way to use / light the fireplace. We also had him clean the dryer vent.

I rarely write reviews but I feel that Nadav and his service were phenomenal that it merits a stellar review. Not only did Nadav come out on short notice, but he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars. I had another company come out and they quoted me 4x the amount to fix components of my fireplace that were not related to the actual root issue. Nadav is a stand-up guy and I will continue to use him for any future fireplace needs! Look no further, Nadav is the guy you want for you fireplace and chimney needs!

I had an excellent experience with my chimney cleaning and chimney cap installation. The team was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. They explained everything clearly before starting, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless when they were done. The chimney cap installation was done perfectly, and they even walked me through what to expect for future maintenance. It’s rare to find a company this reliable and detail-oriented. I feel much more confident going into the winter season knowing everything was handled correctly. Highly recommend!

Nadav is a very, very nice person. His personality is exceptional. He understood the issue that I had with my fireplace. He came right in and took care of it. He explained everything as he completed the work. He's very patient and showed me how to start the fireplace. He also instructed me on how to care for it to prolong it's life. He doesn't leave a mess and cleans up everything he brings with him. The pricing is affordable. This is the second time I've used his service. I am pleased. I highly recommend him. Outstanding work by Nadav from SN Shine Chimney Services. Took great pride in his work and took the time to explain everything and what its purpose was in our gas fireplace. Did an amazing job and even had a great conversation afterwards. Nadav is very knowledgeable and does fantastic, clean work. Took his time cleaning out the dryer vent and did not cut any corners. Will definitely use him again for our Chimney cleaning and already referred him to neighbors. If you need anything Chimney or dryer vent related, he is your guy.
