The communication with this company is incredible. They have all of the certifications and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They explained every thing they were doing and answered all of my questions. Their price was very reasonable.

Jorge and his team were great. They were super thorough in the inspection to find all the possible issue we were having with mold inside our house due to the chimney. They resealed the entire outside of the chimney/siding, as well as the top of the chimney, and sprayed a water barrier (we're having an issue with too much moisture). Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Safe Fire for chimney/flue related needs. We have a wood burning fireplace (through a flue as opposed to brick), so we called Safe Fire out to replace the liner & chimney cap during the course of a re-roofing project. They also replaced the furnace flue for us. Jorge & Brayan were great to work with, they were very responsive, communicated very effectively, and did everything they said they were going to do. It's hard to find good quality contractors to service residential end users these days. I didn't like the manufacturer's finish on the chimney surrounds, so Safe Fire painted them after installation was complete and the result was fantastic. Great guys, Great Company!

Great experience! Jorge kept me posted on his ETA and was thorough, kind and knowledgeable. It’s apparent that he is passionate about fireplaces and chimneys, and has had years of experience with them. He patiently explained to me how a fireplace works and gave me great tips. I highly recommend them!

I’m quite late on this review, but better late than never. We bought a house at the end of June where the previous owners for almost 20 years never used the fireplace nor maintained it. We knew we had a ton of work to get back in working order. My wife and I completed a lot of research for a vendor and asked around on who to use for the pending work. Let’s just say I’m glad we picked Jorge and his crew. They made it easy to understand all the “why’s”, seamless process, prompt, and attention to detail. After the initial survey, they were onsite within the week to begin and completed in about 3 days. The transformation of the fireplace was quite something. While there are still some minor things to complete, and no fault to them, Jorge continues to stay engaged and really wants to provide top level service and quality work. He won’t stop until it’s done right. Thank you Jorge and your team for being the best at what you do.

Jorge and his crew provided me with cleaning, chimney repair and installed a new gas fireplace. I have always been pleased with services

Read what this woman did to her black tenants and a young girl that ran a rescue on her property! Dayle Ann Imperato used an illegal TRO to evict a young black woman off he property and has continually attacked and thrown racial slurs at her and calling her an animal and to go back in her barn like one. We are sickened by the lives that have been lost due to her illegal eviction and refusal to care for the animals she became legally responsible for. Her interview with the Sacramento Bee she even admits to not giving any of those dogs food or water!

They were very punctual and showed up within 1 hour of my call and did a great job! They answered all my questions and told me their procedure for cleaning so that I knew what was going on. Highly regard and recommend these guys!!

Excellent and very professional service. Easy booking, call a day before to confirm the appointment. They were very punctual and did the work on time. Job was explained and detailed. Cleaned all vents and the mains collecting lots off stuff left by the previous cleaners. Went in to furnace and humidifier. They even put back the stuff we had to move in order to access the vents. We will use them again. Highly recommended.

Mike and William were amazing! They explained the whole process of the air duct cleaning and sanitizing. They worked well together and answered all my questions. Mike showed me before and after pictures of the filters and ducts.

Excellent service! Zach and Robert called before they came. They arrived on time and were extremely professional. We walked through the house to identify all the vents so they knew exactly where they were. Throughout the cleaning, he showed me pictures of before and after the cleaning. He informed me of additional services but did not try to force me into getting them like other companies. Would definitely use them again and recommend them!

All I can say is wow. They came to clean mu air ducts. Very professional, efficient, comes at the time we determined in advance! Leave everything clean as expected, without a doubt I will recommend Henrick Air Duct and use them whenever possible!!
