Their services having really great outcome! They are the blacksmiths of duct cleaning. They examined our duct thoroughly and made sure to give us a full inspection, diagnosis, and cleaning. They explained what they recommended should be cleaned, showed us proof and we proceeded. Very simple process. Would use them again for duct cleaning and maintenance.

We found the service exactly as described, and were provided with "before" and "after" pictures of our ducts to see the difference that the work had made. The work was done when promised, and great care was taken not to make any mess in our home. We would certainly recommend them to others.

I recently hired Henrick Air Duct to clean the air ducts at may home. Their tech Willy arrived promptly on time & was very professional & polite. He took before & after photos to show us just how much a difference his cleaning made, and we certainly could tell the difference in air quality. Thumbs up!

Henrick Air Duct technician was very professional and courteous from the first day we spoke on the phone. He explained the whole process to me and gave me a price over the phone, there was no extra fees or scare tactics. When they came over on Saturday, hid team was fantastic. They arrived 15 minutes early which was awesome, very thorough work and my home is not only clean and sanitized. I would not hesitate to recommend and refer anyone in need to them.

We clean our air ducts ocassionally in a year and this time round we hired Henrick Air Duct since we felt that our former cleaning company was becoming more expensive. Zach and Robert from Henrick Air Duct were very transparent, considering that they asked me to see how dirty the ducts were and what they intended to do to clean them thoroughly. Their price for the service were way much better than of our previous duct cleaner while Zach and Robert were more professional and polite.

Ken came out to our house and did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts. The organization provided us with the greatest pricing and completed the work with care. He and his crew were really professional, punctual, and well-informed. The end result was fantastic, and they even cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind. The technicians (i think it was Eric and Eric) were very polite, explained what they are going do, very careful with moving the furniture when they had to run the vacuum tubes inside the house and advised the overall condition of the ducts. They did a courtesy inspection of the HVAC as well. I have been doing business with them since 2015 and will continue to do so. Thanks Eric.

On the recommendation of a friend, I called Quality Air and scheduled them for the work within 24 hours. The tech was professional, courteous and informative. I am happy with the work and excited to learn they can custom build electrostatic filters. Will call them in the future and recommend to friends.

I first secured the services of Quality Air when I moved to a new home 4 years ago for both air duct and dryer vent cleaning. They did such a great job, I invited them back for a second dryer vent cleaning as recommended by my dryer maintenance program. Was able to come early, called to check to see if earlier time slot was ok and it worked out great. Moved the dryer so I could quickly clean behind-which was much appreciated. Very efficient, polite and professional. I highly recommend.
