It started with a simple question on my homes air quality, and their team quickly identified a major concern that was overlooked by a previous inspection. They were professional and very knowledgeable on the impact and assessment of the existing damage, and even included a 3 year warranty at no additional cost once the services were performed. James came out to clean our air ducts. Showed up on time and ready to go. Inspected and sanitized the air ducts. Great company and respectful honest hard workers that I definitely recommend and will be my go to people for anythingi need

James and his team coordinated with me and arrived at the requested time - found some serious mold in the two HVAC units and many of the vents. They were systematic and speedy to clean out 22 vents and offtakes, and the two HVAC units in about two hours and change. He gave me a good price given my budget constraints. Friendly guys too! I have been with this company for over a year. They performed duct cleaning on our home approximately 8200 square feet. I had researched and met with several other companies but chose this company simply based on their professionalism, expertise, and patience to answer all questions. Most specifically, I was impressed with the methodology and attention to detail with their work. Although I was presented with bids which were both more costly and more cheap, I chose this company because I wanted a company who would be long term and have the owner has the approach of doing what’s best for the homeowner and this is simply almost impossible to find. Do your research and stay away from these ultra large companies with 10000 5 star reviews because they are business driven and look for small companies which are real world and you will see the difference.

We had a d90 error on our LG dryer, noting that our vent was 90% full. A really weird error for a 3 month old new construction home, but decided to call them anyway. I was given great advice to contact our home warranty contractor to see if the cap was left on the vent. Rather than trying to squeeze money out of us for this, they gave free solid advice & we’re super appreciative. Haven’t called the home warranty company, but was very impressed by this team’s professionalism & integrity. Will definitely call them in the future for their services!

This was a very good experience with Taylor's Air Duct Cleaning Services in Katy. The crew was friendly, easy to talk with, and showed us what had built up inside our vents, which was interesting and enlightening. Once the service was finished, our entire house felt noticeably cleaner and the air that came from the vents felt lighter. It's one of those services that makes a real difference once it is done.

I called Taylor's Air Duct and it turned out to be a great decision. The technicians were friendly and worked steadily the entire time. They showed me some of the buildup inside the vents before they started. After the air duct cleaning, the air felt lighter and the house seemed more comfortable.
