These guys are a middle man. The company that came out to do the service is refresh airduct. Very unprofessional. To start one of the techs came in house slides not very professional. They were supposed to clean 10 vents and only hooked up one machine to a kitchen vent and said that the machine would clean all 10 vents.( I call B.S. but please any AC professional correct me if I am wrong ).
They try up selling me over 5k of work "NEEDED" with the scare tactics that my AC air quality is bad and mold is everywhere and that I should do it for better health benefits ect. Ect...
At the end they wanted to charge a 4% credit card fee.
Extremely unsatisfied and suggest anyone looking at this company to look elsewhere.

Professional uniforms and clean trucks. It’s obvious they run a tight ship. I felt safe having them in my home while I was alone.

Made an Appt for 11-2. 2pm, no one showed up. No one called.
I called and was assured they could call back "soon". I asked what Soon was. Soon was not another hour.
I called back to cancel and got hung up on. Due to lack of response on the appt, lack of response to the escalation, and lack of response for taking the call. I'm forced to leave a 1-star review. I'd leave a 0-star, but that's not possible.

This is flat out a complete disrespect for the customer; On three accounts.

Excellent duct repair service. They did an incredible job. Their team was professional efficient and very competent. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it perfectly. My HVAC system now runs much better. I highly recommend them for any duct repair needs.
