This service focused on deep air duct cleaning and it truly shows. Dust buildup was completely removed from hard to reach areas. My HVAC system feels more efficient.

They arrived punctually and began working immediately. Team members were courteous and mindful of my home environment. I felt comfortable having them inside and appreciated their professionalism.

I called them for dryer vent and air vents cleaning services. They said they will provide a free estimate ,pictures to choose for basic or deep cleaning and can start working only if I like the quote. They advertised as basic cleaning $199 basic and $59 each vent for deep cleaning. Dryer vent starts with $79 and $10/ft extra depending on the dryer place. We thought of going basic and deep for the vents that are bad and scheduled an appointment for free estimate. It was initially scheduled for Sunday 11-1 with a call from technician half hour before.
We haven’t received any call from them till 12.30pm upon calling them twice they said it might be 2pm for a technician to call you… we had to reschedule to other day.
The other day a technician called and showed up an hour after the time he mentioned and when I see he is with a DIFFERENT company refresh air duct cleaning.
This guy started unpacking and was very rude while conversing. We informed him about pictures he seemed frustrated and said “no company does that and I don’t free estimate and these pictures but only this time I shall for you and keep this in your mind. “ It was very rude. I told that is the only reason for me to choose you guys. He said “don’t you take a piece of advice?”
He rudely went into attic opened some duct and took a picture and said there is mold. We need to do so much of other cleaning,use liquids so you guys can get off the home and go somewhere when I clean this that and showed me a quote of $1500+ saying don’t you know to call AC guys and clean your home every year? We are totally tired of his behavior as this is not our first time doing a vent cleaning and this is not our first home and this home is only 3 years old and is under warranty for last two years. He wants to scam us showing dust pictures as mold. We said we don’t want to proceed with air vents and want to get a quote for dryer vent only. He showed all the frustration to push us to get it done where we firmly said NO. He did some calculations for dryer vent and said $350 for dryer vent cleaning for dryer which is located may be 10ft away from the exterior wall. With their advertised price it should be may be only $170 . We ended up not doing it as well. He left very rudely and frustrated.
Very very bad experience from this company and the technician they hired from other company. Very unprofessional and money minded company trying to scare people by showing mold pics and charging thousands of dollars. I haven’t seen such an unprofessional rude technician for any other service I needed.

Honestly wasn't sure what to expect — I'd never had my ducts cleaned before and wasn't even sure it was necessary. Called Magnus after noticing more dust than usual around the vents and a slight musty smell when the AC kicked on. They scheduled me within two days which was great because some companies I called couldn't come for two weeks.
The guy who came out — I think his name was Max — was really thorough. He showed me before and after photos of the vents which I thought was a nice touch. The whole job took maybe 6.5 hours for a 4-bedroom house. No mess left behind either, which I was kind of worried about.
Smell is gone, and my allergist actually asked at my last appointment if I'd changed anything at home because my symptoms had improved. I'm going to start doing this every couple years

Called Magnus Air Duct Cleaning after noticing this weird dusty smell every time the AC kicked on. Wasn’t even sure if air duct cleaning would actually make a difference tbh but it really did. The vents were apparently super dirty. Air feels cleaner now and my bedroom doesn’t get stuffy anymore at night. Also my dog stopped sneezing as much lol. Appreciate the work guys!

Really happy we finally did the dryer vent cleaning. Honestly should’ve done it way earlier because the dryer was taking forever to dry clothes. They cleaned everything out and showed us how much lint was stuck in there… kinda insane actually. Ended up also doing air duct cleaning while they were here and the whole house feels less dusty now.
