I was satisfied with the service, same day I call same day the repair man came, very nice and pleasant, wish was on a Sunday. My washer was fixed on Thursday after the piece came in my door. Lock was damaged thank you so much.,

Absolutely fantastic service -- on-time, on-budget, very clear communication. The apartment we bought came with a Sub-Zero 650 fridge that wasn't cooling properly. They diagnosed the issue, gave us a reasonable quote, and fixed the problem. Friendly technicians, great back office team as well. Had insurance for the condo board as well, no problems there. 10/10 would recommend.
