Kyle our tech was AMAZING. I was a new mom when our air conditioner failed during a scorching hot day. Steph, the coordinator of their company, dispatched a technician to my home within an hours time. We have a re-tuned system and I could not possibly be happier. Their membership is a great way to get more peace and quiet.

Professional, fast service. I called to report a problem with my furnace and within 10 minutes, we received a phone call from the company. When they arrived they looked at the problem, explained it, and fixed the issue immediately.

Dan was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely well informed. He explained everything in plain language so that I could understand. Before moving on, he asked my permission. He demonstrated the problem and gave me a viable alternative.

Fantastic service provided by knowledgeable and friendly professionals. Jon and Artie service my HVAC every year and I've been very happy with their service. This was especially true when my heater broke down in the middle of an icy cold snap during the Pandemic. The service was quick and they had the system running within minutes.

The technician arrived quickly to diagnose the problem, confirm the warranty on the broken parts, and replace them. He examined my AC unit and told me that I needed a new filter, without trying to sell one. Although getting your air conditioner repaired is never something anyone looks forward to, I now know who to call if I ever need it.

Sam, the HVAC technician we hired, was great. Sam did a wonderful job maintaining our AC. Sam took the extra time to talk us through our issues, and he broke down costs in an easily understandable way.

His professionalism was obvious as he worked with efficiency and precision, making certain that everything looked perfect before he went. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but was also extremely nice, courteous and professional. He cleaned and tidied up our home.

Will and Jon arrived in good time. They were polite, introduced themselves, and explained everything at a level that I understood. It was good to know what was happening. This is crucial for me as I'm a woman who has a tendency to worry about service companies taking advantage of her. But I was confident in their knowledge of the industry and their services. John deserves 20 stars! When my wife and i were about to go out, we noticed there was a leaking ceiling in our garage. I immediately knew what it was. The pan in the air-conditioning system was filling. It holds 19 gallons. Sunday afternoon around 2 o'clock. And Services was the number I called. They probably won't arrive until Monday. John was there by 4 pm in the pouring rainfall. The AC was fixed within an hour of his arrival. John, I want to thank you. And Services is fortunate to have you.

No problem. I had no idea why my thermostat kept resetting itself. Then, one day, the AC/heating stopped working. I heard it make a clunking and banging sound before it stopped. Zimmerman Air Conditioning and Heating answered the phone. They made me an immediate appointment. They gave me an estimate of the cost to have them out. My thermostat was bad, my motor had failed and I also had a blower assembly that had been damaged from an electrical surge. Dave the technician helped me to understand all of what went wrong with my AC/Heating. Dave answered all my questions. It was great that he was helpful. They were so thorough the owner Terry came and was fantastic. He reassured my confidence in their work, as well as the quality of replacement equipment. Terry, the business owner, had Max bring replacement parts. The work was completed very quickly and efficiently. The company invests heavily in the community. They have a special service for those who are unable to pay. Zimmermans' services were so impressive, that I normally don't leave reviews. They are highly qualified professionals. However, I just had to. My AC/heating system is working perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

Special maintenance offers. Justin was a very friendly and knowledgeable tech. The quotes for additional services were explained very thoroughly. It was also cool that you get a photo of the technician who will arrive to perform your service. They are excellent at communicating with clients, whether it's during the scheduling process, on arrival day, or any other time. Highly recommended

PSA, it was actually two systems and not just one.

Logan was great he came out and explained everything in detail, showed me detailed pictures, walked me through every step. I would highly recommend working together. Logan was delayed at the appointment before ours, so he arrived late to ours. That's no problem. I understand. It would have been nice to have gotten a call from the company to let us know that the tech was running late and that he would still be there outside the timeframe we gave you. I had to contact them twice to confirm that someone was still coming because we were beyond the time frame we were given. Communication is key in my job as a customer service representative. Logan was awesome!

Jose did a good job. The fan had to be replaced. Initially, the capacitor was changed to keep costs low. He cleaned and replaced the motor in the unit at his shop. After that, he tested the unit and returned it to the customer to be reinstalled. He also added Freon in my other unit so that it cooled as it should.
I will certainly use him again.

The pipe near my back fence was leaking water and toilet. Santos & Brent were friendly, efficient and professional. My decomposed granite had to be dug up in order to fix the leak. The area has been left in excellent shape. No need to hire a landscaper if you want to fix the granite that has decomposed. Very nice surprise! We'll use you again. Also, the office personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Moe arrived the day after I had requested his services. He was very professional, polite, and after the job had been completed we shared some laughs and talked about family. Excellent service. Very friendly and quick. Just in time to kick off summer, we had our AC up and running again. phew!! Highly recommended!! I needed a new cap and it took less than an hr.
