Tobin was an amazing help when coming out to do routine maintenance. He was knowledgeable, kind, and got the job done timely.

Tobin was our service tech. Absolutely wonderful. We have been with Capital City Comfort Solutions for several years. Wouldn't think about switching companies. They've earned our business with not only excellent workmanship, but their front office and management are in tune with superb customer service. Excellent.

Tobin did a great job. He was very professional and informative. He explained what had happened. Showed me the parts that malfunctioned and what needed to be done to fix it. He quoted me a price that I thought was fair and reasonable. I now have a new company to call when I have a cooling or heating problem.

I’ve had a really great experience with Capital City Comfort Solutions! Their customer service (calling in & emailing) has been a noticeably better experience than other electric companies I've worked with!
For the electrical work, Colin and Jacob helped a ton during my kitchen remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and willing to take the time to explain what they’re doing and why. I really appreciated how thorough and detail-oriented they were throughout the whole process--it made the whole project feel a lot less stressful. Highly recommend!

Capital City replaced our aging hvac system with a new unit. From the free estimate to final installation, we couldn't be happier with Andrew and his team. Professional, efficient, and reasonable. Excellent customer service.
I'm a new customer, had a 20yr old heat pump that finally needed to be replaced asap and the weather was hitting 85F+. Rob was very friendly, knowledgeable, fully explained my options, was ready to answer every question I threw at him, AND took the time to show me what needed to be replaced, installed, and why. He also provided us window units to keep us comfortable while we waited for the install, which I was not expecting. Andrew and Vito were very friendly, came on install day promptly at the scheduled time and got right to work. No lounging around, showed me my old air handler, explained what I could do to help improve the air quality in the house long term without making me feel like they were pushing me to buy something, and took the time to ensure my smart thermostat was configured properly. Took the window units back, cleaned up, and I was good to go.

There's more that they all helped me with, but I don't want to make this review too long. All three gentlemen exceeded my expectations and then some. If you are a potential new customer, I would strongly recommend this company. Seriously impressed with their work and customer service.

Made the switch to Capital city from a competitor and wish I had sooner. Had my first inspection with Jake and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Fair prices great service.

Thank you to Andrew Penner from Capital City Comfort Solutions and their team ! Andrew Penner listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and helped me with my heating and cooling issues. A full team from Capital City Comfort Solutions arrived out to my house less than 24 hours of my HVAC issues occurring and started working to install 2 brand new full HVAC units for a price that surrounding facilities were at least 35% more with limited availability.

This isn’t my first time working with Andrew and the Capital City Team. This time exceeded expectations, as for all other encounters I have had in the past with them.

If anyone has any problems with their heating, cooling or electrical please take my
word and give them a call. They are very professional, reasonable and efficient!

Keith and Conner were phenomenal! They entirely replaced our air conditioner and furnace in 1 day despite so many things going wrong (that were not their fault). The entry to the attic was narrower than noted so they had to dismantle much of the unit and reassemble it once in the attic. It was 95 degrees outside (I went into the attic with them a couple times and was immediately sweated out) and they worked from 8:00am to 10:30pm. They were polite and considerate the entire time, making sure they kept doors closed and being careful with our floors. They interacted kindly with our 2 and 4 year old. Cannot recommend them enough.

Tanner resolved my electrical issue in under 10 minutes. He was courteous, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. I truly appreciated his clear communication and prompt service. I’d gladly recommend him to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book him again in the future

Tanner & Jacob were fabulous workers. They worked really well together & made sure that I was pleased with their work. I had 3 chandeliers to be hung & they made sure the length pleased me & made them shorter as I requested. He checked my plug in kitchen & then brakes box & explained to me because of age it could easily catch fire. He gave me a quote & had them to install a new one. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!

Tobin was great, honest, took pictures for me and didn't try to sell me on anything. He explained my options for my problem and left me to decide what action I wanted to take. Definitely would recommend.

Tobin was great! He came out and did my HVAC tune up! He took his time and was very informative about what he was doing and his findings and recommendations! Top notch customer service!

Jake did a great job explaining what services he would be providing for my central air tune up. He was patient knowledgeable and polite. I always recommend Cap City to my friends and family.

Spring and fall tune-ups are always on time and show up when scheduled. Jake lets us know if we have any problems and if something is still working but is towards the end of its life. Really like knowing where our system stands. And like Jake as the technician.

Great experience with Capital City. Vito came out at 3:45 on a Friday, assessed the issue, got the parts, and fixed my HVAC by 6. We appreciated his extra effort to make sure we had A/C before going into the weekend. Vito is a definite asset to the company!

Zack was super sweet and informative during our tuneup! Highly recommend him as a technician. He was someone I would trust with my HVAC system.

Capital City Heating and Cooling was so nice to work with. “Fats” and his crew showed up EARLY to replace my AC unit. They were fast, clean, professional, and they take the time to make sure you know how to work everything before they leave.

Jacob Holley with Capital City was absolutely amazing. He showed up on time and was able to install my front porch lights in a matter of minutes. He was also very informative and gave many helpful tips and recommendations.

If I could give a "10" I would. Capital City provided superb service. They were always on time, worked very hard in the height of the heat we had this summer. The installation of my new Carrier looks beautiful. They were very careful, courteous, hardworking, and took the time to call attention to several things that the other companies I talked to did not mention. If you want the best HVAC company in Richmond, I would highly recommend Capital City, which I have already to several people.
