The whole experience we had with this company was amazing. They were fast to assist us with out HVAC unit during the storm we had. The technician Tobin was kind, efficient and worked diligently to make sure we had heat. He explained everything he did and stayed to make sure the system was working effectively.
We were treated like family.

We had our TWO HVAC units replaced by Capital City Comfort Solutions , the team are beyond 5 Star they did an excellent job and on time and very professional, our Tech team Zach Picucci and Jalen did a fantastic job, knew every single detail about the brand and installation guidelines per code

Also Tyler Garner was another tech team member who was amazing very polite and professional did an amazing job on the first unit replacement couple of weeks ago.

Had Capital City come out and check the HVAC system due to inefficient heating and cooling. So, happy I did! A 3-ton system had been installed a few years back and it turned out the house needed a 4-ton system. From start to finish, Capital City was so amazing. Went through Andrew (Awesome Guy). Andrew explained everything in great detail. He was on top of the installation and even adding a second return inside the house. Quincy and the rest of the team were equally awesome. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, accommodating in every way possible and above all else, they treat you like family. Very pleased with the work that was done!! If you're in need of HVAC services, please give these guys a call. Promise, you won't be disappointed.

Was looking for an obscure part. They had it cheaper than online!

Had replacement remote controllers for 2 of my defective Mitsubishi split ac controllers. One was less expensive than what I could find online. That made my wallet very happy

This is a terrible business. I called this morning, and the lady who answered did not know anything. She transferred me to Casey, who did not answer, and I left a voice message. He never called back. Tried to call at 3 pm and now there is no answer at all. Awful.

They helped solve our AC issues quickly. Our business was very thankful. The team at Burlett is very welcoming and friendly.

Saw one of their drivers blatantly run a red light off the Arlington Expressway. A company that shows disregard for safety is one that shouldn't be recommended.

Tyler from West Jax did a wonderful job by replacing my LED light.He was very professional and neat ,very respectful, he even sweep little fragments that fell on the floor. WELL DONE.

Was in traffic off of Peacan Park Rd for about 30 min. The line was very long. Here comes one of your drivers cutting everyone off. He pulled through , drove on the grass, almost hitting another vehicle. The driver of the vehicle honked at him and your employee shot him a bird. Very unprofessional!!!

Strada is a very unprofessional company. Customers set appointments up and they NEVER saw up or CALL and advise there NOT coming or going to be late . YOU have to contact them .

Freddie came pit to service my AC Compressor today. He was outstanding explaining what the probable cause was, how it effected the system, and what he did to fix it. Thank again.

Before this company came. My air would not go below 75. He came out and now the next day it is not blowing cold and air . Outside it is 79, it is morning as I type this.
It is 79 in my home. That is also with 4 fans going and a window unit. Be careful with this company!
