The service and expertise is wonderful. We initially contracted these folks to fix the top of our chimney on a house that we purchased. We now have a couple of pellet stoves installed by tri-state very pleased with the service in the cleanliness of the work performed. Highly recommended. They tend to be in popular demand and have a waitlist , There’s a reason people are willing to wait.

Working with Mike and his team at TriState was a great experience. They do beautiful work. I didn’t realize how bad our (leaky) chimney looked until they built our new one! It is the centerpiece of the house and I highly recommend them for anyone who is in need of chimney/fireplace service!

The guys did a great looking rebuild of our main furnace chimney... in two days of 100 degree temps! They are dedicated (I'd say painfully so, we were worried and delivered cold bottled water to them) and it was all a smooth, polite experience. Recommended!

TriState Chimney have been cleaning my chimney for years. Never a problem and cleans up around stove when finished.
They also repaired my wood stove a few years back, replaced worn parts and replaced the bricks. Works better than ever.

TriState exceeded our expectations. We needed a full rebuild of our Chimney, Fireplace, and Foundation. Mike, Brian, and Buddy from TriState were here everyday on time and frequently stayed late to get the job done timely. TriState was not only timely and professional but was also neat and organized. As someone who recently had a lot of work done on the exterior of our home (New Windows and Roof) we've learned that most construction teams are messy, and have little regard for the workspace while on the job. This is not that case with TriState. Extension cords were coiled up, debris cleaned up, pallets of equipment were well placed and covered each night. I will use TriState for the rest of my time in NE for any Chimney/Fireplace cleanings or repairs. I also will be highly recommending TriState to all of my family and friends. During the rebuild Mike was kind enough to explain everything his was doing and why. He stated "I build and repair fireplaces in this way because over my many years of servicing/building them, I see where and how they can fail." Great experience with the company coming out to get my pellet stove working and installing a chimney cap.

We've been using TriState Chimney for our annual sweep for years now. They leave our living room where the wood stove is located spotless, and get the job done quickly. We haven't had to replace anything on the stove or chimney yet, but if/when we do, we will definitely use them!

I switched this year to using TriState for Chimney Services and I could not be more pleased with their service. Mike and his company provide excellent, professional service, and at a fair price. Communication with the office is great and it was very easy to schedule service despite a busy time of year. Mike is extremely knowledgable, competent, and pays high attention to detail. The reports furnished were very informative and I was glad to be informed of some issues I wasn't aware of, for instance that the chimney crown needed re-sealing. I wanted this done while the weather was warm & dry & they were flexible and able to fit this into their schedule on short notice. Its refreshing to find a new contractor/service that does great work at a fair price.
