I highly recommend Hitech Environmental, Inc. I had my dryer vent and bathroom vent cleaned and the crew went above and beyond my expectations. When the job was complete they even left a gift bag with the invoice. How cool is that? Great customer service, great value and I won't hesitate to use them again.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but Morey, and his team with Hitech were absolutely phenomenal. I had two techs come out, Lucas and Matt and they were outstanding from the second they walked in, till the second they left. They kept me in the loop throughout the process and explained what was going on, and how the machines left. After they finished cleaning they walked around with me to make sure everything was cleaned to my standards. I highly recommended hitech for all of your hvac cleaning needs. Couldn’t say enough nice things about them as a company.

My family and I were BEYOND happy with our air ducts, dryer, and bathroom ventilation cleaning. After moving to our home both my husband and I became ill during the winters and after doing some research, going to multiple acupuncturists, and many doctor visits, we traced a lot of it back to the heating system in our home which is forced air.

Morey first came to our home to give us the initial consultation and showed us what was inside of our vents... To say what we saw was appalling is understatement. I have to say too that Morey is an absolute joy to work with and takes tremendous pride in his company and he deserves to because Hitech Environmental is amazing.

We scheduled are appointment for our air ducts, our dryer, and our bathroom ventilation to all be cleaned out. An employee came and spent literally all day and evening working non-stop. The employee was so kind, sociable and did an AMAZING job. The ducts probably hadn't been cleaned for multiple decades so I know for a fact he worked his hardest.

After the job was done you could tell already how much lighter the air was and over the next week I have experienced less health issues and no symptoms from my husband either. I just received the pictures of my ducts prior and after the cleaning and its astonishing! The house smells amazing, the heating system is actually a lot quieter in my opinion (we live in a a very old home and it was REALLY loud every time it kicked on), and I feel great!

I seriously could not recommend this company more and I will be telling everyone to use them. It is rare to come across a company that has good, kind, people that work very hard and take pride in their work, but Hitech is one of those companies.

Without a doubt, use these guys for any jobs you have with the services they offer. I am so beyond grateful for the amazing work they did for us!

From our initial conversations with the owner, to the outstanding Technician that arrived, to our home, to perform the work.

This company is extremely professional in every way. Very thorough in its explanation of the process, exactly what would be cleaned and how, to arriving on time, in uniform, polite and literally treated "my home as if it were his own!" Lucas Pinheiro could not have been more careful, thorough and polite. He was certain to be sure to provide a full explanation, quick to answer any questions that I had a long the way, all while insisting on thorough and complete preparation and clean-up. He even showed me photos of our ducts - I was horrified! But no longer!!!!

The quote for the job was "exact" and they even left a parting gift with thank you note from Morey Moor, owner, himself.

Not only did his team do a fabulous job cleaning our vents of many years of accumulated dust, Morey's guys were very respectful of our property, including doing the important work of cleaning up after themselves when they were done. We reached out via email one day and Morey (the owner) called to schedule a next day inspection immediately. Morey showed up with this camera equipment to reveal what trouble we had in our duct work from our home builders negligence. Morey gave us a complete breakdown of the proposed work and the benefits of each without any hassle or trying to “sell” us on it. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met and was extremely professional. We scheduled the work for just a few business days later.

Upon arrival the technicians introduced themselves and even used booties for the initial duct vent layout of the house so they did not dirty the floors. They spent the entire day completing the scheduled work while my wife and I sat in the comfort of our own home. Throughout the process they showed me photos of additional concerns they found and what was done to rectify it.

They answered all questions I had and complemented our house.

This is a longer review than I anticipated to wright but I wanted to make sure I explained every bit of the process in detail so those who are on the fence can understand just how perfect of an operation Morey is running. I have recommended them to multiple neighbors who will be in contact with them.

Morey, the owner, loves what he does. And his team that worked on our home, led by Wagner, and assited by Donny and Michael, did a great job. There was something that I wanted addressed after their work. And it was done. HiTech's enthusiaism got me excited for having them do their work! Cameras are used to make sure the job is done well. Really good people all around. Thank you!

The gentleman that came over were very polite and hardworking! The did everything as promised without any issues. Great price too for the work that was done. Would highly recommend if needed vent work.

Thanks, I want to personally thank Mr. Scott Harden for the excellent chimney service that we’ve had since March 2014, from chimney cleaning and inspections to the replacement of our roof chimney rain pan and the cleaning of our dryer vent. Thanks to the whole staff for timely yearly notifications, thanks to both veterans, my wife and I appreciate the attention to detail, and our military discounts. We’ve had great experiences with this company every time. The gentleman that helped us was very patient with us and went the extra mile to help us out. My husband and I appreciate how upfront and honest the gentleman was that came out.

Gerald was amazing, kind, and attempted very hard at repairing my fireplace. It took about three weeks to get a technician to my home. However, with COVID and the lack of people working, this is a common issue for all businesses. I did not hold the time delay against them. My only slight complaint was the cost of the assessment of $180. Holly is prompt to follow up on repair cost and updates me on ETA of my part arrivals. Also, inflation is up so the cost to past down to the consumers.

I moved into an older house with an old wood stove that I didn't really trust. I wanted it replaced. I had almost given up after not being able to find a company that would come to where I live. I found Professional Chimney Services by accident and I'm glad I did. Scott arrived on time on the day of my appointment. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things related to fireplaces and wood stoves. He explained everything that needed to be done to get my system up and running. He explained the process and gave me several options to choose from. Once the decision was made and the parts were ordered, Scott and Gerald arrived early on the day of installation. They worked together like a well oiled machine. They got the job done and cleaned up prior to leaving. Scott returned a week later to install a heat shield that he felt was necessary for safety reasons. Scott owns the business and he told me that he treats every customer's home as if it's his own and he would be living there. After watching them work and seeing their attention to detail, I absolutely believe that to be true. It is very rare to find a business, large or small, these days that has that kind of customer service. I will continue to use Professional Chimney Services and I highly recommend them to anyone needing fireplace work. My wife says the new stove is beautiful. It works flawlessly.
