I had the pleasure of working with Gerald from Professional Chimney Services, and I can’t recommend him enough! From start to finish, Gerald was respectful, kind, and incredibly professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my chimney and unit, offering helpful recommendations and even pointing out what I should keep an eye on in the future.

What really stood out was how clean and organized he kept the workspace. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows. Gerald also educated me on best practices for maintaining my unit and chimney, which was so helpful! Plus, we had some friendly conversation along the way that made the whole experience even better.

I've been using Professional Chimney Services since 2015 when they installed my wood burning insert. Since installing the unit, I've had them out many times for annual inspection and chimney cleaning. They've always been professional and on time with their service. Today I had them out to quote putting in a proper wood burning fireplace in a new house. I was again blown away with the level of customer service and look forward to continuing using them.

PCS provided a great service. Scott came out, took a look, and saved me some money. Scott told me I didn't need a sweep & the chimney looks good. Then he asked about the company's discounts and I fell into one of the categories saving a little more. I had a great experience with PCS and know you will too. If you're looking for a company to be fair honest and straight with you...this is who you need to call. TY and I'll be a repeat customer moving forward.

Very fast response. Came on a Friday night for an emergency service, due to the AC being out. Friendly and professional.

Milton's Service Company is operated by an outstanding guy. Milton know' s his crafts. He seeks and find your problems and solve them. His service and charges is very reasonable. He's very good. I personally recommend his service to anyone.

Mr. Milton got us on his schedule quickly and was so professional. He was thorough and had our AC working in no time. I would recommend this company for all of your AC needs.

Milton is courteous, professional and knows exactly what he is doing. I feel comfortable letting him work on my heating and air system. I will call him ahead of any warranty company.

Milton is a very nice guy. Got to my house within 24 hours. I needed 1.5 lbs of R22 Freon and a new seal on line. $135 for service call and $125 for Freon. Could have been more expensive, but I have also paid less. Seems like $100 for service call would be better. I don’t want to pay for a warranty, though.

Receptionist and myself were very polite to each other up until I asked for a quote to be scheduled. I was then asked to wait one moment, then the connection to the call was dropped and my number was blocked. A very unprofessional first impression.
