I had very high hope with their review how they are but they let me down before they even made it to my house. I made an appointment on Friday for the 18th got a verification text on the 17th in the morning and then later at 5pm on the 17th my appointment gets canceled. No phone calls email or check in of any kind. when I called to find out why they blamed me for not confirming when I was never asked to confirm and as an adult me making the appointment was my confirmation. I can’t speak about their work, but their customer service is just awful

This company does excellent work. They did a rental and our home. Very professional and thorough. I will always use them!

Avoid at all costs if you are a home owner. They bait and switch, don’t have any comprehension of the parts they sell, argue with the customers, and do everything they can to be unhelpful and inefficient with assisting to promote the tradesman who must give them kickbacks for this kind of thing. Stay far away!!!

Strongly advised! Chayanne, thank you! They are experts! When other companies me that I needed a "New Unit," Chayanne came and resolved the issue for a few hundred dollars, saving me 10's of thousands of dollars. The professionalism and expertise are unparalleled, which makes me very happy! Before the other companies take advantage of you, please do yourself a favor and give Air Tech a call.

My air conditioning stopped-working on the evening of Father’s Day I called M B heating and cooling because they had 24 hour service and I am so glad I did. Tommy G. Showed up right away and found the problem in 5 minutes and had it fixed quickly. This was during a weekend of almost 100% weather. Will always use this company in future

Tommy G did the first maintenance on my a/c. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased new a/c, furnace and water heater from MB and receptionist, technicians, salesman each were very effective, efficient and friendly.

Larry was great to work with. He answered all of our questions and gave us our options up front. We appreciate his honesty and would definitely call him again if we have another problem!
