I have been using Huffman to service my Lennox A/C package unit on my roof for 3 years, and they have exceeded my expectations. They are very professional and answer all my questions in detail. I recommend them to everyone.

Andy provides unbelievable service at a very reasonable rate. Don’t trust the big companies with your heating and cooling needs. Other companies quoted my AC issue almost double. Trust Andy, he won’t nickel and dime you for every little thing. It was done fast and no issues

I had been doing business with all my ac needs with another very reputable ac company for over 20 plus years and was very happy with.
I allowed Huffman's to give me a second opinion on the advice of a friend who talked very highly of Andy (the owner) the company.
I was very impressed with Andy's knowledge and his attention to detail and how he explained everything to me. I ended up letting him fix my ac unit for a reasonable price, unit was 21 years old.
I eventually had to replace it and allowed Andy and his company to install my new unit, his team of installers Jesus and Rene were very professional cleaned up after the installation was awesome and answered any questions I had, Andy the owner followed up the installation on a quality check. I would highly recommend this company and Andy and give them a call for your ac needs

After going through warranty and the company that warranty sent out, I didn't agree with their opinion or their advice on what was the issue so I got a 2nd opinion and called Huffman's Heating and Cooling. Andy came out same day and diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes and fixed it as well. I was very happy with Andy and with him going above and beyond to help. Definitely recommend and I will be using them for any issues going forward.

We have had nothing but a great experience with Huffman's Heating and Cooling LLC. We needed a new air conditioner installed and the owner installed it right away and even came out on a Sunday evening to diagnose it. We then had an air purifier system installed with our HVAC system! This by far has helped with allergies, germs, viruses, odors, respiratory issues, and so much more!! I’m a landlord and my tenant messaged me to tell me water was leaking from the ceiling due to a clogged drain pipe from the AC. I needed someone who could respond quickly and Aspire responded in just a couple of hours. The technician, Chris, was polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, going above and beyond to ensure it was fixed properly. He even noted that the emergency shut off was not functioning because it had been hooked up properly and was able to fix that too. I manage multiple properties and am always in need of reliable HVAC service. Aspire will be my first call from here on out. Thanks!

I’ve used Aspire multiple times for both home and work HVAC units. They are thorough, timely, and great to work with. This was the first time I used Aspire Hearing and cooling.
I came home from Vacation only to find out that my furnace was not working. Its in the middle of January and the temperatures are getting down into the low 20s. It was a very long night of being cold.
After making several phone calls the next morning the earliest anyone could get me in to look at my furnace was 2 to 3 days. However I called Aspire and spoke with a very friendly gentleman who Sensed my current situation and was able to get a technician scheduled for the same day. The gentleman was very friendly enough to even ask if I had any portable heaters for the time being until the technician could come out. I wish I remembered his name but he was amazing and very professional! He definitely set the tone for the rest of my experience with Aspire.
JC was very friendly and professional and did a fabulous job of keeping me up-to-date on when the technician was on their way to my residence.
Within a few hours from my initial phone call I was meeting with the technician Rob Brooks. Mr. Brooks was extremely friendly and got to looking at my furnace right away. He was able to determine what was wrong with my furnace. Mr. Brooks did a phenomenal job of explaining to me everything in great detail that I needed to know about the parts that were needing to get replaced, the purpose of the part And the importance of it.
Within an hour or two my furnace was up and running again. I can’t think of how this could have gone any better then it went. With my interactions with everyone was phenomenal! I was in a very stressful situation however everyone with their professionalism really helped me to put forth a lot of trust in them. I will most definitely be contacting Aspire again for all of my furnace needs and highly recommend them!!

A year later….

Aprire did it again…..by being so awesomely amazing!! My furnace quit unexpectedly a cold January morning. Since I used Aspire previously last year when my furnace stopped working, naturally Aspire was the first place to call. Receptionist was very pleasant and showed concern and interest in my issue. To my amazement she said there was just a cancelation and asked if I’m would be available for someone to come out in the next 20-30 minutes. I was expecting a wait time of a day or two, but having someone come out within the hour blew me away!
Allison and Ethan contacted me via phone to let me
Know they were on the way and asked if there were certain areas they should park in….extremely courteous.
Upon arrival to my residence both Allison and Ethan got to work and had my furnace running in not time. Extremely knowledgeable they explained what was from with my system and provided a variety of options.
I can’t thank enough to Allison, Ethan and everyone at Aspire for being such a wonderful and pleasant company. When I get think there’s no more ways to amaze me, they prove me wrong. Highly recommend!

Rob Brooks (Our technician) did an outstanding job. He explained every step in the process and made me feel at ease. Aspire was the second HVAC company that came out to diagnose the problem with our furnace. The first company spent 3 minutes inspecting our furnace and stated that we had two major issues. They said that it would cost almost $1,400.00 to repair. Rob from Aspire spent 15 - 20 minutes inspecting the entire system. Rob said that we only had one issue, and it would cost $780.00 to repair. I am thankful for Rob's honesty and integrity.

Our AC went out late Thursday evening. Sam from Aspire Heating and Cooling was out the next day. He repaired our system and was thorough in testing to ensure it was working properly. Sam explained to my wife and I all the options and gave us tips to help keep our system running smooth into the future. Overall it was an extremely positive experience.
