Very helpful. It turned out that we didn't have enough mold in our house to have it removed, and air appreciated that this guy told us that, because I could have easily made it seem like we should spend the money and get it done. I felt very respected and taken care of!

These are pics of my vents AFTER they “cleaned” them. I would only use this company if you think it’s worth $400 to pay someone to spray Windex down your vents then accuse you of peeing on your walls and down your vents after they left. This company is a total scam. Avoid at all costs!

Broke something, wouldn't admit it at first, then promised to pay for it, still haven't seen the check. Learned they were overpriced after the fact. Maybe there's a reason it's easy to schedule an appointment: they're not busy for a reason. They did unclog our dryer vent and clean out ducts.

I am very appreciative of Dave's prompt service, not only to analyze and clean ducts and vents with at least 20 years of dust buildup, but also to provide immediate mold remediation upon the discovery of water damage underneath our washer and dryer!

I'm not sure why all the reviews are bad because we had an awesome experience they removed, treated and sealed so much mold and cleaned our very dirty air ducts they were also extremely polite. Good people. The smell from the disinfectant does last longer then they say though, would keep that in mind. We stayed outside for awhile but the benefit of it outweighed the inconvenience

Blatantly stole something. They came into my home to clean my vents. I was home the whole time in another room. The item was on the table near the front door. When they left it was gone. I called Dave who said he was the manager. He defended 2 of the employees on the job and told me I was wrong. I pointed out to him there were 3 people on the job. He hesitated and said the 3rd person was him. I told him I wanted to speak with the owner and was told he was away and would call me the next day. I never got a call back.

I made the mistake of not reading reviews before hiring this company to come clean my vents. My vents didn't look much different after they came and the cleaner they used smelled super strong for days. The final price was higher than what I was told on the phone when I scheduled. I had them come back to redo my basement vents because they were still full of dust, but even after the second time they still looked really dirty. Both times they came involved multiple reschedules on their end. They also scratched and dented my walls and dropped lots of dust on the floor which they didn't clean up. The general manager agreed to refund me for the basement vents. I would not hire this company again or recommend them to my friends.

Edit: I have added one more star because the manager, Dave, came out and cleaned my vents for a third time himself, and finally got them clean. Once again the appointment was rescheduled twice, but he does deserve credit for resolving the issue.

Dave has been super awesome with getting our home clear of mold, we had to call him multiple times since there was more and more mold that we found, he was understanding and made it quick and easy for us to have him come and get rid of the mold. I can’t say thanks enough.

S l o w. Late on the inspection, wrong emails, their phone numbers didn’t work. Inspection report was from the lab with little to no explanation? Butch the tester that came out and was awesome truly 5 stars, but his support from the home office was a joke.
I’d check with some other companies that might offer better analytics?

We were very impressed with the service we received from Dave and his crew! They were on time to our free inspection and initial day of service. They were very easy to work with and we will definitely be using them in the near future! We are beyond pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dave was very friendly and helpful. He was very honest and upfront. They are competitively priced and quick. He was able to test my house within a couple of days. The lab results take 5 days, but that's out of their hands. They can order a rush to have the lab grow the results a little faster if needed.
He did a great job cleaning my ventilation system which was important since I have bird fancier's lung.

We can't say enough good things about Dave and his crew. He was very responsive, helpful, and understanding. He was honest with us about what was going on and worked with us as we have been getting into our first home. We would definitely recommend them and go with them again!

Showed up 3 hours late in a mini van and provided zero service. Was still charged even though nothing was done.

Paid $435 for a dryer vent cleaning that was advertised as "starting at $100". Now, when the starting price is $100, I don't typically expect for any add-ons to quadruple the starting price. Especially when it's just one add-on; a deep cleaning. I understand I have a level 2 blockage, but for that to quadruple the total price by hundreds of dollars is crazy. That is an incredible upcharge. Never again. I'm going with a company that doesn't have such expensive add-ons next time. With pricing that is not so chaotic. This crazy pricing fluctuation instantly put me in a financial hardship this month. So thanks for that surprise.

I came to the US to watch a major sporting event and stayed with friends. They mentioned the importance of clean air ducts for better indoor air quality, so we decided to try the service. The team provided excellent support, clear policies, and a secure process. While the price was slightly high, the results were fantastic.

This company is an absolute joke!
I did my research. This company had good reviews. They had been used by other members in my community.
A technician showed up and an unmarked white van, which I thought was suspicious. He did the complete inspection of two chimneys and wrote up the work to be done. I felt comfortable with everything to that point. I paid a deposit of $1200. I was smart enough to put it on a credit card.
On the day, the work was to be done, within a two hour window of waiting, no one showed up. I called at the end of the two hour window and was told that the technician had a flat tire. No one called me. No one texted me. I set up an appointment for the next day. Again a two hour window. And again no one showed. No phone call, nothing.
I made multiple phone calls to the company asking for a refund of my $1200 Every time the answer was - I need to speak to someone above me, a supervisor, the girl that was here yesterday, etc.
I opened up a dispute with my credit card company. Unbelievably this chimney sweep company claimed the work had been done!
However, they were unable to provide proof to my credit card company. I did receive a full refund!
