Evergreen Carpet clean did a great job at cleaning the carpets. They did try to upsell which is part of their business model, which is fine. We added on our stairs for an additional charge. The technician Eli was very friendly and included the deodorizations treatment for the carpet. The carpets smelled fresh for quite a while.

I got the Groupon for this service. 5 rooms, 250sqft each for $59. Eli was the one taking care of me today. Called me to tell me he was on his way, and called me again when he arrived and didn't get frustrated or anything with my lame directions! (I'm a bit directionally challenged). Found my place quickly and went over the details of the operation. Informed me of all the packaging and pricing without making me feel pressured like he was trying to upsale. When I chose from my options and the paperwork was completed, he got to work! I had only about 496sqft in my appartment and he finished in about 30 minutes! I was blown away by how quickly he got everything done. Carpets look A-MAZING and smell really nice too! Eli was sweet and gentlemanly and very professional the whole time. He had great communication skills and this experience has left and lasting positive effect on me! Definitely will order from this company again :)

After measuring the rooms, hallway and rugs, he took time to inspect the rugs before cleaning them - checking for any special cleaning needs or instructions. Wow! Never had anyone do that before.
We asked him about a couple of stains we were unsure of and after spot-checking them to see if it was possible to remove them, he informed us that due to the nature of the stains, it was not possible. We appreciated his honesty.
We felt very comfortable just leaving him to do his job. He took his time to ensure the carpets and rugs were as clean as they possibly could be.
We were very pleased with his work.
He worked without any fuss or bother and was meticulous in his setup and cleanup.
