Amazing service. It's the 4th of July weekend and our dryer won't work because the vent is clogged somewhere between the dryer and the roof. We need to do laundry so we can get out of town and it's Saturday morning. I call at 10:30 assuming nothing will happen for a week. The owner answers. He's not too far away. He had it fixed before noon. I wish I could give this business 10 stars.

Andy did an excellent job getting rid of a bird's nest in my dryer vent. He promptly showed up and quickly removed the nest(3 handfuls of the stuff) If your dryer is feeling a little "fowl" Andy's your guy! 🦜👏

After reading many google reviews i decided to go with gold's and i couldn't have been more right! After getting a gigantic birds nest out of the my dryer vent and a cat out of the dryer (sorry) my dryer is working like a heavyweight champion! Andy was not only on time but early and not to mention just a cool down to earth guy i will definitely be referring him to friends and using his company in the future for any of my vent needs thanks again man!

Andy was very professional and communicated well. He came when he said he would. Did a great job cleaning our dryer vent. He also diagnosed the vent cover was blocking the needed air flow and replaced the cover at no extra charge.

I called in because I had accidentally gotten a spoon suck inside my dryer. Now you may be asking yourself how? But thats not the point. I am a college student with give or take 20 dollars to my name. Andy told me that he would take care of it for me and came to my apartment that same day. It turned out that it would take a lot more than the basics to get this spoon out. Andy talked me through everything and was personally invested in helping me get it out. I honestly don’t know how I stumbled upon such an honest man in a moment where I thought my bank account was gonna be in the negatives. This ray of hope told me that he would be back friday morning and sure enough, friday morning he was back. After he got the spoon out, he refused to take any compensations but I got him to take a water bottle and a box of granola bars. Now if you are looking for an honest man to help you with your dryer vent needs. Please look no further. This is the company for you, this is the man who can help you. His honest and professionalism is what I strive for as a working adult.

After doing a thorough check of my dryer vent, Andy determined it didn't need cleaning so did not charge me for the service call. I felt this was very generous. He was professional and on time for the appointment. I'm very impressed with Gold's and will be a return customer.

I also appreciate that he told me the frequency for my dryer cleaning based on how long it had been and how often we do laundry should only be about every three years rather than trying to scare me into unnecessary cleanings.

Andy was awesome, we had a dryer vent emergency in our new home and he fixed it in no time and at a very reasonable price. Previous owner only drilled the hole halfway and was dumping lint in the damn wall joist. He was over and fixed it just two days after calling him, and we can now actually use our dryer 😁 excellent work

Quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer, found the vent, and was able to clear and clean it. My dryer started working well right away. He was on time, very kind, and courteous of my house and did a great job.

After our dryer wouldn't work we called another company out to do the cleaning, but they were unable to because of issues with the ducting and installation itself. I called Andy that night and he was able to come out the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue with ducting in the attic attached to a bathroom fan, repaired the ducting, and cut a new hole in the roof for the bathroom fan. This was all provided at a very fair price, with the work completed in one day. We couldn't be more pleased we found this company and give it the highest recommendation.

Andy is great! I've hired him twice now. Cleaned my dryer vents and safely removed a live bird. He's got some serious equipment too. Was very conscious to not track dirt or let my dog out when he had to come in the house. 5/5 would recommend!
