We were so pleased with Zach and his fantastic crew. Their care attention to detail and transparency with the process were truly invaluable. They have made our new home’s air quality thoroughly clean.

Zach and his team are terrific... prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced! They cleaned my dryer vent and repaired a problem with the vent ducting. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Keep your dryer vents clean people...lint build up and dryer fires are no joke!

Had Zach come out to clean our ducts because I was sure they were filthy and causing problems in our home. Come to find out it wasn't as bad as I thought! Zach was honest, professional and did a great job making sure the air in our home was clean!

This company is the definition of HONESTY!! They came out for a dryer vent cleaning and upon initial inspection noticed that our dryer vent was clean and did not need service. They told me right away about their findings and we’re honest that a service wasn’t needed and didn’t take advantage when they could have. We could use more honesty and companies like Southeast Clean Air Solutions!! Thank you Zach and team!!

Wow! Great company to come out to your home. Clean air is important to me because I have a small child in the house, and I don't want them breathing in harmful things. I told this to Southeast Clean Air and they completely understood and took my concerns to heart. They cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent with great care and professionalism. While they were under the house they found mold and thankfully reported this information in detail back to me. I was very impressed by this because I actually just had my house inspected for mold by another company and they did not find anything. Needless to say, I called that mold company back and gave them an earful. But THANKFULLY Southeast Clean Air spotted the issue and reported it to me (with pictures) so that I could get it properly taken care of. Just knowing that I had a good, reputable company that actually cares doing the work has really put my mind at ease. I now can relax knowing that my family is breathing in the cleanest air possible.

Also - I really could not believe how much stuff that came out of my dryer vent (see attached pic). This was after just 1.5 years of dryer use! Since the cleaning, my dryer has been working much more efficiently (go figure)! I think, if I hadn’t gotten my dryer vent cleaned, this could have potentially been a fire hazard? Just go ahead and get yours cleaned.

We moved into our home in 2020. The crawlspace (1963 build) was in massive need of repair. Per Southeast's recommendation we decided the best option was to encapsulate our crawlspace and put a dehumidifier down there. We were supposed to be on an annual care plan but no one ever followed up. January 2024 we found our crawlspace had 6 inches of standing water in certain parts. I called Southeast, left a VM and a week went by and nothing (my husband had gotten all the water out by this point). Finally multiple texts and calls later he responded and said he would come out the next day.
He did not show the next day, did not pick up my calls or answer my texts. 8:30PM that night I get texts from him saying he had a health scare and can he be there first thing the following day.

Zach came out and checked everything and said it was a plumbing leak in multiple areas(which was true but very minor and a VERY slow drip). He said the dehumidifier was in working order and good to go. We got the plumbing leak fixed and hoped that was the end of our issues. I was checking regularly and within a couple of days I noticed water AGAIN starting to accumulate. The water was around the dehumidifier, I put a sled underneath it and within minutes it saw where it was dripping from.
I texted Zach and he said he would call me after the meeting he was in and he'll "clean out the unit tomorrow morning"
The next day he did not show or answer my calls.

It was only after THREE days of nothing that he followed up with a text (not apologizing) rather just asking to stop by in the afternoon.

I wanted to use the company who did the encapsulation which is why I was pressing for them to work out. After countless attempts and realizing how unprofessional they were I used another company.

Went mainstream and used JES, he confirmed it was the dehumidifier that was leaking and it had never been cleaned out.

I'm not sure what Southeast Clean Air Solutions were doing under my house for over an hour besides getting water out. A person who cares about their business would be better about customer service and more detailed oriented in their work.

This is the most refreshing company. These men are hardworking, professional and courteous. In fact, I was amazed by their thoughtful nature. They are a family business and they have clearly have been raised to have nice manners, curious mindsets and a work ethic that would make John Henry proud.

When I came to post a review I wasn’t surprised to see that they have an all five star rating. Sometimes when I see that I wonder if the reviews were padded but in this case it is true. They are that good.

I had some contracting needs that were outside the scope of their work and they referred me to several different service providers who were all equally as honest and pleasant as they. I feel like I’ve found the well where good creative service providers exist.

I’ve given them five stars but I’d give them six if I could. A standing ovation for these men and their work. If you need services they provide don’t hesitate, hire them and you will be so glad.

SouthEast Clean Air Solutions was highly recommended by another well respected company that we do business with. They came and did a crawl space inspection (and I do mean “crawl” space) and dryer vent cleaning on a recently purchased 100 year old home. We were very pleased with their work and their professionalism. Highly recommend Zach and his team!

Zach was highly responsive and came out within 24 hours of my call. He was on time, professional, did a thorough job of cleaning our dryer, and left the area clean. Since our dryer vent is at the third story and on a slope, they cleaned the vent from the inside. In addition, he cleaned out the inside of the dryer! The price was less than what many contractors quoted me and I know they would not have done as thorough of a job. I'm thankful for their fast response and quality work. My house now feels safer and the dryer gets a load of laundry done faster!

I strongly recommend Southeast Clean Air Solutions. My allergies were acting up and the airflow to one room of my house was very poor. I called Zach and he came over the next day to perform a thorough inspection and provided me with a free estimate. He took pictures and answered all of my questions. I felt confident in hiring them and within 3 days the job was done! I couldn’t believe how immediately improved the airflow and quality was. Zach and Steven were both very friendly, professional and they kept me informed throughout the process.

He is an expert at his profession, constantly learning doing research, uses advanced diagnostic tools, and common sense to do the work.

All homes have quirks and challenges, and it was great he was able to see things that other professionals might have missed and make adjustments on the fly. A key recommendation for all service professionals is the ability to adapt and respond to scope of work changes. Zack pivots very well and is one of the hardest working service professionals we have come in contact with.

As an trained engineer, with 20 years of experience as a contractor I’m highly sensitized to the skill and detail brought by professionals to their work, Zack is exceptional and we highly recommend him.

I give this business 5 stars!! Zach is awesome!! He came to our home and helped diagnose issues with our HVAC. Some issues he could not resolve but put us in contact with another trusted company that could. He also came back to our house hours later just to let us borrow a very expensive dehumidifier until we can get our issue resolved fully. We look forward to having him come back to complete the job. He is great guy!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the extremely thorough, honest, professional, great work that Zach does. I wish I could give more stars and that every professional I spoke with and hired were as thorough and professional as him. He earned our trust in a way that no other service professional has yet to do. When I first called Zach I was being told different things by different people (HVAC technicians from different companies, mold specialist, plumbers etc.) and felt confused and like I couldn't trust any of them because of a combination of conflicting information and lack of thorough inspection. Zach was not only patient with my questions throughout the entire process, but he was responsive and extremely thorough, going above and beyond what we originally agreed to because he found (and SHOWED me) contributing factors to my humidity struggles. He also taught me ways to prevent future problems, which I greatly appreciate. And he didn't try to convince me to take very expensive measures, rather gave me his professional analysis and talked through options with me, including ones that others had been telling me I needed to take but that didn't have to be done in a way that would cost me so much money. He is fantastic and I recommend his duct cleaning services to everyone!

Had a great experience with this company. First of all, Zach talked to me on the phone for a while, and really listened to the experience I recently had with a popular HVAC company and the suspicions I had that their recommendations were unnecessary / exaggerated. He came to our house and spent many hours cleaning some filthy heater parts. He then taught us how to clean them, talked through everything he noticed, and followed up by connecting us with HVAC companies who won’t overcharge, for when we are ready to invest in some upgrades we will need over time.

On top of all this, my toddler had a huge tantrum while he was at our house, and I spent a lot of time dealing with her feelings. Zach took a moment to praise me for doing a great job parenting. He then wrote to me to share what a great job we’re doing. That meant a lot!

In short, we now know a great human who’s also a consummate professional, and we are grateful.

I'm usually too lazy to leave reviews for any business but I HAD to give a shout out to this awesome company. I worked with Zach and Robert and both were amazing. No charge for an initial assessment, very quick turnaround time, extremely flexible, reliable, and communicative. I can't express enough how THOROUGH they were and their pricing (based on other estimates I had) were more than fair. They made everything easy and I wish I could hire them for other jobs I need done!!

I called them thinking my duct work was disgusting, but to my surprise it was not as bad as I thought. They were able to come out the next day which was awesome! zach was wonderful by bringing things to our attention that we were not aware of, but could cause my ceiling to collapse and severe damage. he even called a company close by - got pricing for us and they have already came out (same day ) to fix that issue. the air quality report was so helpful and i will recommend this company to everyone I know. they are beyond trustworthy and fair! very few far and between to find this type of business today.
