After trying other companies without luck we were ecstatic to find such a great crew at Chim Chimney. This time of year does not have the best weather for chimney repair but they were prompt in their scheduling and communication -- very easy to work with.

On Wed Dec 2, 2020 Chim Chimney staff replaced the bottom panel & patched the back panel of the fireplace. As instructed we waited till Sun Dec 6 to have a fire at which time we found a minor problem. On Monday we reported it and the owner, Robert Benfield, scheduled himself to come out on Sat Dec 19 to fix the problem. Robert showed up on time and resolved the issue in short order. This young man is knowledgeable , polite and professional. I would recommend this company to family and friends without hesitation.

NO NEED TO GO ANY FURTHER!!! Do Not let the youthful appearance and energy of Arielle and Skyler fool you. Both arrived ahead of schedule which was perfect...as was their approach and completion of the task at hand and the others for which a return trip was scheduled! The cost is on par with any other company but it is the personal attention and the education of "soot, vent, and flow" that came free for the asking that has me obligated to recommend them and Chim-Chimney to anyone and everyone in need of chimney services!! ABSOLUTELY NO REGRETS!

From booking to execution of the cleaning and inspection of my chimney with pictures was flawless. They were clean, professional, respectful, and did exactly what they promised to do. No high pressure sales, just he facts.
