Great company, no wonder it's 5's across the board! will be recommending to neighbors. Super easy to book and Arielle arrived early, was very friendly, and a wealth of knowledge. Answered any questions I had after Chimney inspection and sweep.

I wish I could give this company 6 Stars. Ariel & Josh were my techs and they did a wonderful job. On time, no mess, informative, and they did a great job. They will now be my go-to Chimney Sweeps. I heat with a wood-stove so I know they will be back next season.

I would definately recommend this company. They are professional and efficient. All of their workers are respectful. They have fixed 3 of my chimneys and installed a gas fireplace insert.

They called and said they would be the 10 minutes early which was terrific. Ariel and Jason were very friendly and professional. They worked quickly and diligently. They left the chimney and my den very clean. The last chimney cleaner had apparently put the damper back on backwards which they corrected. I would HIGHLY recommend Chim Chimney of Chester VA to anyone who needs their Chimney cleaned or repaired.

Robert the owner of Chim Chimney executed his chimney cleaning services and repairs with integrity. His evaluations were clear and honest, and his prices were fair. He took pictures to document the condition of the chimney before and after the work was completed. I have referred Robert to a friend who was also pleased with his work and I plan to use him and to continue making referrals in the future.

Used Chim Chimney for inspection last year and was very happy with the service so I had no problem calling again this year for the cleaning and inspection. Arielle was so friendly and even came early! Cleaned everything up and the fireplace looks great! Will continue to use Chim Chimney in the future, thanks again!

These guys are top notch professionals , I called them to come out and inspect and clean my chimney, plus put a cap on top. They were extremely thorough in both the cleaning and inspection even taking pictures along the way so I could see everything they were explaining to me. I was extremely happy with the finished result and price. Don't hesitate calling this company, they are the best

Robert, the owner, cleaned and inspected our fireplace yesterday. He did a remarkable job - very thorough and complete; not a speck of soot to be found. He was communicative, punctual, and honest with his recommendations. The pre-scheduled communications/reminders were a plus. Our chimney cap was a bit loose and he utilized shored it up with adhesive at no added cost. Will definitely use him again each season.

I requested a quote from Chin Chimney as I needed a liner to be installed in my fireplace. Chin Chimney provided me with a fair quote and started the job. Technicians Skyler and Ariel did an excellent job! They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. I would highly recommend Chin Chimney as I was extremely happy with the service provided and the end result.

Jason called and was early - which was great. He asked a few questions, looked at the gas fireplace and knew exactly what was wrong. He thoroughly cleaned the entire fireplace (glass, scrubbed the walls, added materials to make it glow and repositioned the logs). Jason was careful, making sure the area around the fireplace was kept clean. No mess, expert diagnosis and very professional. I highly recommend Jason and CHIM CHIMNEY! ♨️ Terrific prices too!!!

I was having leakage issues with my chimney and found Chim Chimney while searching for someone to fix the problem. From the time I first called until the job was completed, it was a pleasure to work with every team member from Chim Chimney. Their staff treated me well and remained flexible and courteous throughout the entire process, especially when I had to reschedule the job twice. The cost to repair my chimney was also more reasonable than I had expected t to be.

After a miscommunication in scheduling, they came out immediately and made it right. They were professional, clean, and did a great job cleaning out our chimney. They were extremely thorough and made repair recommendations without being pushy. We will definitely use them again for our chimney needs!

This company did an awesome job on my brick chimney cleaning and restoration after my chimney had not been used for over 20 years! They were very clear with communication and very nice to work with. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Very professional and personable. Thanks to Arielle and Skylar for the hard work in getting my fireplace safe and operable again! I will be calling Chim Chimney for my yearly inspections and cleaning.

Adding to my review from 2019. Ariel and Josh came out again (10/22) to clean the chimney they repaired so well last time. They are great people! Arielle is so friendly (a family trait) and was really engaging and fun. You can tell she loves her life as a chimney sweep! (and a gutter cleaner and dryer vent cleaner, both of which she did while here also). I almost wish I needed these services more often because I love having them around. Very thorough, professional and upbeat! My dog misses her already!

Robert and crew went above and beyond! Had a tricky chimney repair in a 50+ year old home. When architectural issues came up and they couldn't finish on the scheduled day, Rob and his sister came out on Sunday and finished. He explained everything thoroughly with photos. Great family, they care about their customers.

Quick, polite and knowledgeable. Rob explained everything that needed to be done. Took before and after photos. Gotta love the top hat! We highly recommend Chim Chimney….. now if I can only get that song out of my head…

Mike and Jason from the VA Beach location came to our Bon Air, VA home for the work on our chimney. They installed 3 large tiles and a stainless steel cap on our huge chimney. We could not be happier with this team, the administrative office, the company, and the finished product. Complete professionalism all the way. Thank you so much!!!

We originally had a little bit of a mishap with communication and our original appointment. Once the owner, Robert, heard about it, he personally called and texted us to try to make it right — even going as far as offering to reimburse us if we preferred to go with another company. He came out on the day he was leaving for vacation with his family to clean and inspect our chimney to make it right for us. He was thorough, kind, and apologetic — I can guarantee you that you won’t find a company who cares as much for their customers as this one does. They’re also affordable and get the job done. They have definitely managed to keep us and we will be loyal to them and refer everybody!! Thanks Robert!!

This company did a great job cleaning our chimney. The last time we had it done, work was performed by another company that was not as transparent and trustworthy. Kudos to Lavare and Keonte who did a great job despite encountering a few problems. They were courteous, informative (pictures and explanations) at the designated price. Would definitely recommend this company and these gentlemen to anyone. Good, honest, customer service and follow up.

The guys at Chim Chimney worked hard to get my chimney cleaned, wood stove liner installed and a new crown . We bought are home a year ago and whoever installed the woodstove did not install a liner for a woodstove which made the job harder than it had to be. But like I said the guys worked super hard . I have not tried out the woodstove yet because I have to wait 48 hours first for the new crown to set. But I have know doubt it will work just fine. The owner and management where great as well. Gave us a great price and even though they ran into difficulties they never asked for more money and honored what they quoted in the beginning. Thank s to everyone's hard work and I will be using yall in the future.

A year later, and I am still so thankful for Chim Chimney ! I hired them to reline my chimney and they were excellent about explaining what they had to do in order to attach my old wood stove to the liner. I hated the old stove , but it was functional, until a chimney fire left it too unsafe to use the chimney several years prior. Since it was an old stove that was bought second hand anyway, I decided that rather than having a custom fit liner placed , I would take the plunge for a new wood stove. This would allow the liner to be installed "normally" without alterations to the chimney or liner. They were excellent with helping me choose a stove that didn't break the bank . A year later, I am heating most of my house with warm wood and very happy that these two professionals helped me. They were also strong as ox and got the old stove out to the garage for me so that a friend could pick it up and continue it's life in his shop. I have recommended this company to several people this past year. Thanks for the help and sweet professional attitudes while doing it. Keep up the good work and I will see you all next year when you come back to clean the chimney again.

Excellent local company to work with. I would recommend them for any upgrades or maintenance to your chimney or fireplace. I had the pleasure of working with the owner and multiple employees during the project at my home. They were all considerate and accommodating. The owner went out of his way to finish the project before a winter storm. That was greatly appreciated, especially considering winter is the busy season for them. Fair pricing compared to other companies I initially called and great quality work as well.
