We love Lyle he is our new best friend! We would have these guys come back anytime.

I just had Jason & Nick out to service a free standing gas stove in our family room that hasn’t been turned on in over 7 yrs. I had so many questions since I really did not know if we should remove, replace or just service the stove. They provided different options & fully explained each one. Never once did I feel like I was asking a “dumb” question. I ended up having them service it and it is works great. I am very happy I had them come out. Plus before they left each one gave me their phone number in case I had any questions- which I really appreciated; to me that is service above & beyond.

The best! Lyle came to our home and took care of our Chimney problem. He was very cordial and informative. We were very pleased with his work and the outcome. We could not have asked for any better service. Lyle is the best! We will always call

I had this company, Mr. Chimney, come out to do my yearly inspection on my gas fireplace. In my home they told me it was going to be a service call of $300. I was like, okay. The guys came out, inspected my fireplace. It's a gas fireplace, they sucked out some dust underneath. They cleaned off the igniter with a little wire brush and wipe the glass. They then let me know that the ignitor for the fireplace. Needed to be replaced, okay. That part would have cost a $130. And then he tells me one of the guys that it's going to cost me another three hundred dollars for them to come out and install that part. I understand the first service call C vote to charge someone another one to come out when you are diagnosing a problem and they're going to use your company to fix it and buy the part from you to charge them another $300 piece so you're basically $300 service call has went into. A 700. Almost eight hundred dollar service call that is ridiculous. If this is how much these people get paid then I'm in the wrong line of business. I will not recommend or I will not ever use this company again. Because to me, it is a rip-off. They're not there for the people of the community they're there for their pocketbook.

Lyle cleans our chimney every year! He’s extremely honest and professional. I would highly recommend Mr. Chimney for any of your chimney needs.

Mr Chimney is great! It was very easy to make an appointment and the staff is very friendly! I just had Lial out to inspect my chimney and advise me about repairs that need to be done. He was prompt and very courteous! The prices for inspections, cleaning, chimney caps and the new flashing I will need are reasonable. When it comes time to get the work done, I will definitely hire Mr. Chimney to do it!

We purchased a home in a seller’s market so we had to accept a few things that weren’t exactly as we would have preferred. Our real estate agent recommended Mr. Chimney to inspect and clean our fireplaces.

They came and were very professional and efficient. We discussed options and decided on a pellet stove insert for the basement. Lial recommended the Breckwell SP 22 Maverick. It took a while for the stove to come in but Scott was great at explaining what was going on and keeping me updated. Virgie is great at calling back and answering any questions you have.

The installation process was very smooth. They made sure to ask my preferences and the stove turned out great.

We were so satisfied that we have decided to upgrade the living room fireplace with a new gas insert.

I highly recommend Mr. Chimney for any fireplace or stove needs. They also did a great job cleaning my neighbors roof.

I had a great experience with Mr. Chimney when they came to fix my chimney. It was in a bad way. From the initial first inspection (Lyle) to the final touches (Josh and Liam). They were professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I especially appreciated how Josh spotted a few issues and handled them without up-selling or pressure. That's true customer service. I know they went over and above. It looks great. I would highly recommend!!

Lial was punctual, professional, and delivered quality service. He didn’t charge me for an inspection when he deemed it unnecessary, and gave me multiple options to choose from. Friendly staff all around and trustworthy service.

Well, I was going to use them until the lady on speed answered the phone. I have entrusted this company to clean my chimney for years and we bought a new house and I spent 5 min going circles with the office lady. All I’d asked is if they serviced my area and I get a lecture on how their true customers know not to try to book now. I’m like “I am a customer, I just bought a house”!! She continued to go on and on talking 100mph. I have no idea what she was getting at. It was weird and I’d like to find a place that doesn’t make you feel like an idiot.

Mr Chimney rocks! They saved my chimney from deteriorating further and it looks so much better improving the curb appeal of my valley home. Way to go guys, very professional and quick to get the job done. Pricing was reasonable as well, 5 stars!

We absolutely love our new gas fireplace. Mr. Chimney did a gas conversion and insert on our old fireplace. Everyone we worked with was prompt and helpful. They explained the options and costs clearly. There were no surprises during the project. It was completed quickly and we are so happy with the final product. We've been debating converting to gas for a while and it was very much worth it. They made it quick and easy for us to get exactly what we wanted.

We have used Mr. Chimney several times since we moved to Spokane Valley, this last January when a neighbor saw sparks coming out of our chimney we called them our chimney was inspected and cleaned we were told there was signs of a chimeny fire we were so lucky there was no damage to our home. They didn't charge us more then the service call quoted. We would recommend them for their knowledge and honestly.

He came out quickly and had a deep knowledge of the steps to get my chimney system back in working order. We made a plan and I am confident he can get me to where I want to be for a competitive price. Very excited to keep working together.

Great service from start to finish. I was given good information when I scheduled an appointment. Very thorough and courteous. Nick, the technician, showed up on time after first calling ahead to make sure I was home. We werent certain if we would need just a service (cleaning and repair) ir a whole new insert. Nick was able to determine that minor issues did not require costly replacement gas fireplace. He did not try to upsell anything! The fireplace is clean and works great. Nick waa personable, informative, and obviously knows what he is doing. I will definitely recommend Mr. Chimney and Nick in particular.
