Yesterday we had Dirty Ducts clean our ducts. We never had it done before and lived here since 2013. They were amazing. From the staff in the office to Michael and Tristan. Very professional and treated our house like it was theirs

We hired Dirty Ducts to come out and clean out our ducts. Michael was very professional and arrived on time. He was able to suck out a door knob and a roll of duct tape from two of our vents. Our home is 7 years old and was a new construction home so that stuff was from the home builder. He was clean and made sure everything was cleaned up when he left. He has a good working knowledge of H Vac systems and knew what to look for while working. We would recommend Dirt Ducts for your duct cleaning needs.

Dirty Ducts Boise, Michael, cleaned our ducts yesterday and did an amazing job. 2600 sqft house, 25 vents including intakes, took around 4hrs. I watched much of the process and talked with Michael throughout. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He's an extremely hard worker and was very methodical, detailed and thorough. He demonstrated his process, honored his bid and did NOT try and upsell or add on any additional charges. I would definitely recommend his work and will have him return when the time comes.

Michael of Dirty Ducts Boise recently cleaned my house's ductwork and the dryer vent. My next door neighbor set up the appointment and we both got a discount. Michael was on time and efficient and completed the job in the time allotted. I was appalled at the amount of dirt in the ducts but that explains why I could dust and the next day my furniture looked like I hadn't touched it. I'm very satisfied with his work and price which is extremely reasonable.

Michael was amazing! We had no idea how much difference having a certified technician would make! We had just completed a major remodel on our new home and had the ducts cleaned by an uncertified technician that did duct cleaning on the side. We just assumed everything was clean, because we couldn't actually see anything. That's the problem with having someone uncertified clean your ducts....you just don't know what they're actually missing, because you can't see it. When we started having trouble with our dryer not drying properly, we called Michael with Dirty Ducts Boise. We were absolutely astounded at how much dryer lint was clogged in the line leading out of our house, a line that was supposedly already cleaned by the other guy. As a courtesy, Michael ran his camera into the openings of several other vent registers to show us if they had actually been cleaned properly, and we were astonished to see how much debris and actual pieces of drywall were still sitting inside the vents. It was also clear that the uncertified guy had not even touched the main line. Needless to say, we scheduled a full cleaning with Michael and are very happy with the results. He actually provided photos and videos of the clean lines so that we could rest assured they were done right. We will never use an uncertified tech ever again. I highly recommend Dirty Ducts Boise!
