Had Dirty Ducts Boise come clean all the ducts and dryer vent and was astonished how much construction debris and fine particles they were able to remove! The dryer vent was packed with lint. Saw before and after photos and it was enough to convince me that the cleaning was a necessity not just a luxury. They quoted me a price over the phone for the full service and there was no bait and switch up sale. The guys were professional, clean and neat. I know I’m not breathing in all the dirty air when I have my home’s HVAC on and the house smells better too! I highly recommend them.

This was our first time getting our air ducts cleaned. I appreciated how helpful they were in letting me know what it all entailed and the price. Mike came out and cleaned my ducts for me, and I am beyond impressed. I don't think my home had ever had the ducts serviced. I could not believe the amount of dust and particles that I saw coming up out of the vents. He was only supposed to take 1.5 hours for my 1600 sq foot home, but we talked a lot, and he took his time doing the best clean he could do, so it took him 2 hours. This man is not just about his pocket book, and he takes great pride in doing a good job, honorably, and with integrity. I trusted him in my home (although I have a ferocious guard dog that was itching to Meet him from the backyard). If you want a thorough, excellent air duct cleaning by a trustworthy, honest man- this is your guy!

Dirty Ducks is exceptional! Michael was on time, clean, and we also had our dryer vent cleaned, which is an unseen fire and health hazard, as well as all our vents. We would see dust daily in our bedroom that was coming out of the vents. I was wiping furniture down all of the time. After Michael cleaned the vents, we don't have that anymore! He did an excellent job! Thorough, professional and through and through the only company we will ever use again! I recommend them highly and wouldn't call anyone else. If you have allergies, excessive dust, pets in the house, getting your ducts and vents cleaned is A MUST! You will be glad you called them!

I high recommend Dirty Ducts for any vent cleaning you might have. Michael was very helpful in explaining the process of vent cleaning. Very reasonable prices for what you get. If you have never cleaned your ducts, you are in for a big surprise.

I can't say enough good things about Dirty Ducts. I called to have my dryer vent cleaned out because my dryer threw a code to alert me that it was needed. The technician was very professional and courteous. He told me that, since my laundry room and dryer vent is on an outside wall, he wouldn't expect the clog to be in the vent. He double-checked and saw it was completely clear. So he recommended that I reach out to an appliance tech and gave me the card to someone he recommends. He also took the time to look at some of the ducts in my house to see if they were due to be cleaned. He even went so far as to look at my furnace to see if that needed to be cleaned and recommended an HVAC tech to me, as well. All that and didn't charge me anything because he didn't actually need to clean any of my vents / ducts. I have a couple calls to make today, but I'm really happy I had such an honest and thoughtful tech come to inspect my vents. If it had been someone looking to just make a sale, I may have had a different outcome.

I have heard that getting ducts clean wasn't necessary. That was terrible advice. Our house immediately felt cleaner and the air less stuffy. Mike and Tristan both did an awesome job, were professional, and were out quickly! If you've never had your ducts cleaned, or just think you need it, call these guys!
