Brody did a very thorough job concerning all aspects of inspection including the inside and outside structures of the chimney. He spent time explaining potential options and the pros and cons of each method of restoration. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend! Thanks Brody!

This service is awesome. I had old collapsing duct-work under my slab. He came in cleaned up the old collapsing ducts and restored my airflow. He was on time and efficient. Honest company. With the improved air flow and air quality... if you have duct problems under your slab and do not want to the mess and hassle of busting through your floors, this is the way to go. You do not lose functionality of your house while the repairs are completed. Top quality and honest work.

Just before the Christmas holidays of 2020 we called Alan and he traveled 175 miles one way to our location to perform an inspection. He provided us with a detailed inspection report along with video access of the findings. He patiently answered all of our questions, explained the cleaning and repair process, and provided us with a detailed estimate. Due to the process of doing the repairs he returned 2 more times. He was always courteous, friendly, on time, and very professional.

Alan (Duct Armor West Texas) quite literally saved me six figures of expense and months of headache. And even better he was acutely professional, prompt, clean, and organized.

Background: I have in-slab ducts in a forty year old house mostly without an attic. Even worse, the ducts were sonotube (cardboard), and with a few decades to rot, mold, and disintegrate they caved in. Not only was airflow fully blocked to several vents, but the air that did make it through carried an unbelievable amount of mold and dust.

When I discovered this issue I began searching for remedies. Until I came across Duct Armor the only one I had involved jackhammers, concrete saws, and a months of work manually replacing the ducts (and all the water, sewer, gas, and electric lines that would have been cut with that type of operation). So I contacted Alan.

He came down and ran a camera through every foot of duct and provided a game plan and a quote. While the quote wasn’t inexpensive, it was a fraction of my other option (and much less disruptive). So a few weeks later he began clearing the ducts of debris and dirt, and then spraying liner. After a few coats and some cure time I have a pristine system - from plenum to vents. There’s no more dust, no more spores, and no more blocked air.

I cannot recommend Alan and Duct Armor West Texas enough.

We had an awesome experience with Duct Armor West Texas, the work was top notch and completed on time and as promosied. The best in-home contractor I have ever met by far. 5 stars for being professional, punctual, and thorough.

We were very impressed with Alan from the time he came out to inspect our ducts and give us an estimate! During the evaluation, he uses his camera system to fully evaluate the condition of the floor ducts. He invited me to watch so he could show me things as he went along. There was so much debris and rust from past water intrusion that I quickly understood our respiratory issues.
I am not going to lie. When we got the estimate, it was more than we anticipated; but a heck of a lot less than trying to replace the below floor ductwork. Plus improving our home's air was more than worth it.
Alan provided a very detailed schedule for the project which he abided by completely. He and his helper treated our home like it was theirs putting drop cloths down in all of the work areas. They worked long hours over the 3 day process in order to get it completed.
The icing on the cake - when the project was complete, I received a refund check for the amount he over estimated for some of the subcontractor costs. Alan is an honest businessman!
We are breathing much better now and are so glad we made this investment in our home!

Oasis Dryer Vent Service provided top-quality service from beginning to end. Scheduling was simple, communication was excellent, and the technician was extremely professional. They removed a heavy lint blockage from our dryer vent and explained how it was affecting airflow and efficiency. The dryer is now performing much better. Great experience overall.

With four children and daily sports uniforms, our dryer is in constant use 24/7. The other day, I noticed the laundry room was getting extremely dusty. LBR did a dryer vent cleaning and discovered that the pressure in the vents was so backed up that it was blowing some lint out the back of the dryer into our home in San Juan Capistrano. Since the professional dryer vent cleaning, my home is substantially less dusty.

You won't believe the difference after LBR came to clean my dryer vent. I didn't even know how much lint could build up over the years until I saw the size of the pile he took out. We've been meaning to do something about allergies, mainly the nighttime congestion in our San Juan Capistrano home, for years. This time we took the plunge and got a professional air duct cleaning by LBR Vent & Dryer Services and I'm happy we did! The team that came out was very understanding of every single vent even those way up high we usually ignore. They were incredibly detailed when accessing the furnace area and covered the entire utility closet entrance with plastic to protect it before going in with brushes and vacuums.

I can honestly say that the air feels different in the house since the air duct cleaning, especially in the bedrooms. It doesn't feel heavy/recycled like it used to. They must have really gotten a lot of stuff out because this morning I didn't wake up sneezing next to my dog and feeling like something was irritating my nose. This is a worthwhile service and from some trustworthy, hard-working people.

Loved that the tech took a moment to truly explain why all that lint accumulates. He made a point of how necessary dryer vent cleaning should occur once a year for safety and optimal functioning of the dryer. Very informative! They know what they're talking about. The drying efficacy is 10/10 now. Will definitely support this local SJC company again for that complete air duct cleaning deal.

Mom recommended LBR after they did her house. I thought if Mom liked them they had to be good, haha. They were! The tech was super nice and even educated me on some maintenance tips, which was a bonus.

I kept hearing terrible things about dryer fires so I finally called LBR Vent & Dryer Services for a dryer vent cleaning service. My previous provider seemed to just go through the motions and didn't really cut all the way through the line, but LBR took their time, showed me on camera the clean vent, and I've never felt so relieved to have the fire hazard removed from my home. Tech was courteous of my time and my home as well. This is well worth your time and money.

My vent line is incredibly long and twisty, and two other companies in the past could not completely clear it. LBR had the equipment necessary to reach the depth of the dryer vent cleaning to fully clear it and opened the air flow up.

The dryer now runs quietly and without strain - which is a huge relief. They were definitely more comprehensive than the big name franchise I used previously. Very happy with their specialist work.

I got my vents cleaned! And it went well so I felt inspired to leave an in-depth review. Monica and Edgar were definitely sweethearts. I didn’t talk much with the other girls that were here for only a little while, but no complaints. Brandon helped coordinate his team and coordinate with my mold remediation company that was working with us, and get the quote to reflect exactly what needed to be done. He was easily reachable and very responsive. It helps that I had his cell phone number from my mold remediation company but still… super helpful.

My vents and ducts are clean, sanitized and encapsulated with paint now and they did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. They also did a good job of protecting my house from their hoses and covering everything. They showed me before and after pictures which definitely helped me see what was done inside. There wasn’t any laziness and everyone seemed to be working as a team to get everything done. There was no drama and no confusion. They were happy to take my direction on where to start and how to maneuver around another contractor that needed to work in the house at the same time.

I was especially appreciative of a few things:

1.) that Real Duct made it go right to get the team there on such short notice because we discovered a problem that needed to be handled before my AC was reinstalled.

2.) that Monica and Edgar stayed late (on a Friday night no less) to complete the job, and

3.) how helpful they were at the end of the job. Specifically, I had some extra questions for them and they took the time to make sure I got answered and they showed me what I needed to see without brushing me off. I also asked them for advice to see that my coils that another company cleaned was done properly and they happily inspected it and gave it an extra cleaning just to make me feel better and assured me the job was done well, and left me with some cleaning solution to clean anything I wanted at no extra charge. Those little things didn’t take long but they were tired after a long day and despite all of that they were just so happy to help that it was that extra special touch that made you feel cared for.

Even though there Monica didn’t speak completely fluent English it was not a problem in any way - she had care and intention to get her ideas across and I was able to easily communicate with her and she listened well.

Also, Monica said she can come back next week and clean the last vent that wasn’t done once the laundry room containment is removed from my mold remediation because it was covered in plastic and gave me her number so I could coordinate with her directly.

Also, I will say that Brian who came out to give me a quote in the first place was very helpful and friendly. He showed me pictures with his handy gadget of what was inside of my AC ducts so it could be handled.

Also, I will say once I got my quote from them, Ariana who works are their front desk was a beast calling me every day! I didn’t even answer her for about a week but she called almost every day and left a message for me and didn’t let me get off her radar. Incredible follow up and persistence and once I was ready to get rolling, she was very easy to talk to and work with and she helped me get the quotes and coordinate with the teams that were going.

So, in short I was the service was solid and I feel like they have a great group of coordinated friendly professionals.

Wow, I am still writing this review! I guess I liked the service lol.
