Brandon and his techs are incredible! They are health and sanitation focused above all else. I cannot believe the level of professionalism and dedication they provided while working on my townhouse. This is a unit I rent and the previous tenants NEVER cleaned the home much less changed out the air filters. My ducts were not just contaminated but full of fungus! RDC gave my system a complete overhaul and it looks amazing! It’s a special type of peace of mind knowing that my current tenants will be breathing fresh air and my unit will be working at it’s highest level of proficiency all thanks to Real Duct Cleaning! I would recommend them to anyone who has had concerns with their air quality or has growth in their system.

Brandon came out to do an inspection and gave a fair estimate for cleaning my AC ducts. He was very professional and knowledgable and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.
I also appreciated that they were able to get me on the schedule right away.
The technicians, Sean and Monica did a very thorough process cleaning the ducts. Sean was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns throughout the whole process.
I can definitely smell a difference in my home now! This company went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I highly recommend them to anyone needing duct cleaning!

These guys are great. We moved into a rental and I suspect the ducts have never been cleaned since they were installed. Everything was caked in dust and microbial contaminates, inside the air handler and throughout the ducts. My family were all getting respiratory illnesses breathing in this bad air! Real Duct Cleaning did a very thorough job cleaning and treating everything. They cleaned inside the air handler, the turbine, all through the ducts as well as the vents. They got it all. Their price beat other quotes I got as well. The crew was polite and went above and beyond. Afterward I can smell and feel the difference in the air quality. 10/10

Today my ducts were cleaned. The crew were Alejandro , Giovani, Yosvany and Jetsael.

First: I am POSITIVE the returns and ducts have never been cleaned (house built in 1964). My HVAC company recommended getting them cleaned and recommend Real Duct. They showed me pictures along the process and it was astonishing.

I’m REALLY happy with the product. Not only did the guys clean the ducts and reruns, they cleaned the blower motor, sanitized all ducting and added a UV light to prevent mold.

More points that mattered to me:

These guys are PROFESSIONAL. They were quite honestly OVER AND BEYOND with their service. I kept trying to help love furniture to get to returns, and they insisted for me to stand aside while they did it.

They cleanly cut the silicone around the returns and caulked after putting the register back on.

Two of them even volunteered to help me finish a project I was doing. I kept telling them it’s not their job, and they said “it’s ok! I know how to do this” and actually helped me a LOT.

This crew did a GREAT job with prep. My house was not only prepped, but all mess was fully cleaned after (they actually vacuumed up some mess that was behind my bed from before their arrival).

Long story short; it’s obvious they strive for a great product and a happy customer. I could not be more pleased with the service and product.

We are pleased with the job that Giovanni and Jetsael completed at our three story townhouse. After we showed them around and explained a few things, they careful prepped our home and set up their equipment. They started with the interior air handlers and then vents on the third floor. Each vent was removed and cleaned/sanitized. The team "whipped" the ducts with a contraption powered by a hand held cordless drill. The duct was "painted" with a hospital grade paint that essentially sealed it.

Giovanni and Jetsael took before and after pictures of each duct opening. It was impressive. They did a good job of cleaning up as they completed each duct.

The entire process took from 10am to 6:30pm.

Overall, we are satisfied. Thank you.

They are thorough! My ducts were found to have been contaminated and very dirty, they came in and cleaned them out, sanitized them and installed a UV light in my air handler, the musty smelly Oder is gone and it feels so much better in my house !

Real Duct Cleaning was amazing! They gave us a quote the same day that we called and Brandon was extremely knowledgeable. They were able to do the work the next day. They cleaned mold in the HAVC system including the unit and all vents. The air already feels so much better!

NON NEGOTIABLE HOME SERVICE -
I’ve tried several duct cleaning services over the years and I never noticed a difference in my household air quality. But I did them anyway because I was sure it was needed. This company went above and beyond what I asked. The best part was that the morning after the entire house was serviced both my husband and I noticed we woke up allergy free and breathing better. I wish I would have done this years ago. Run don’t walk if you have allergies

This has been life changing! The mystery stink in our house is gone and so is our asthma, sneezing and itchy eyes. Our only regret is that we didn't do this 4 years ago. Jay and the team did a great job and even took the time to answer my million questions throughout the process. Thanks guys! :-)

Alex and Gio were absolutely incredible to work with. The before and after photos they shared were epic. Super glad to have this issue taken care of, and to know our home is protected from mold etc. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone with an issue!
