Showed up 2 hours late, didn't call to say they would be running late, then when they got there they said that they couldn't do it because it was in an attic although they said that they could on the phone. I tried reaching them on the phone again but their phone is disconnected. I think they have gone out of business.

These guys are amazing. Showed up fast and did a terrific job. My house was an old house and required a lot of work. Very pleased.

Guys were great about communicating arrival and were knowledgeable. Friendly and respectful of sleeping kids upstairs. So glad we had this done. Thanks!

Our apartment complex was cleaned Saturday with zero complaints from me or my neighbors. Super nice and friendly staff able to work with our work schedules. All around a great experience.

Jason was very friendly and quick to respond to calls and schedule appointment. Overall process was easy and fast and crew cleaned up before they left.

SCAMMERS!

These people are scammers I've gone to the police station to file a report because they took my money and did not do the work I hired them to do. They were supposed to clean the dryer duct. I noticed they didnt do their job when our duct was leaking. I called a different company and they showed me a pic of the "work" they did. When I called the company and to let them know I wanted my money back they blocked my number. I know this because I had somebody else call from a different number and the call went through. When I finally got ahold of Stephen who said he would return my money (I recorded that call) I never got my money back. I brought the call to police they said the same things to the officers that they would return my money. It's been 60 days and haven't gotten my money back. I'm taking my photos, recorded call and police report to small claims court this week to file. These people are scum!

Unmarked car and man in regular clothes. Only took 30mins (most take several hours). Tech spoke very broken English. Either someone is using this companies name as a scam or this company is unprofessional.

They were very professional and courteous during the entire process. They worked with me and adjusted the scheduled time for the work to accommodate a late schedule change that I had. They made the process very easy from start to finish.

The guys that came out were fantastic. They arrived right on time and were done within 3 hours for a full house cleaning. The crew was professional and made sure to clean up at the end of the job.

First off they answered the phone when doing my diligence calling around. Did a super good job with the cleaning and left everything spotless. Super happy with their level of service.

It turns out that my homes duct work that was to move around fresh air was doing the exact opposite and making me sick! I spoke with Jason about my issues and he was able to confirm that my homes duct work not only was dusty and dirty but it had rodents that made their home in them as well. The rodents were dead thank God!!!! But the filth that they bring in to our homes ducts was making me sick, where I hated my home.......

Well I'm here to say that I once again love my home and no longer feel the sickness that I experienced when I was home...... Jason and his crew worked on my system and returned it to a level of clean that as if it was brand new. The amount of dusting that I had to do was a constant chore, but I've noticed that thats even .much less after the cleaning. I'm only sorry that I didn't think to clean my homes air handling system sooner....... If I only knew?

Call And have Jason inspect and clean your homes ducts right away, don't delay like me! I'm so happy with how I feel and would recommend Jason over any other service that cleans home ducts..... Thanks again Jason

We had an emergency situation today with our furnace system. Fresh Air's team were at our door step in under 2 hours and took care of everything in a very timely manner. A big thank you guys!

I had my dryer vent cleaned by Fresh Air Duct Cleaning of STL and both the customer service associate and associate onsite that did the work were an absolutely pleasure to work with. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Decently priced under all other quotes i received. Did a very good job with our homes system and cleaned up the drywall dust left from removing every vent cover. Highly Recommended!

Great service, friendly and on-time. I found them really knowledgeable and helpful. The air duct for my dryer was completely clogged and he had it sorted in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend this company!
