(Read to the end) Yuri takes it personally, he knows the ducts, he loves the ducts, he will tell you about ducts more than anyone ever could. He can write a book about ducts. Now, don’t forget ducts include AC, and a heating coils, and guess what, he knows a ton about them too. His team also takes care to protect your home while working on it, but know that no dust will remain in your ducts when he is done with them!!!!

He cleaned dryer vents, removed cover from dryer and cleaned around drum, and rerouted one vent to eliminate a 90 degree problem area.

We noticed a foul smell coming through our air vents and figured something must have found it’s way into our air ducts. Turns out, that wasn’t the problem, but Yuri found an animal under our front cement porch. There was a crack at the top of our basement wall that was exposed to the space under our porch where the animal was. He also pointed out a leak on the refrigerant line of our A/C unit and noticed that the previous owners had put hardwood flooring in over a vent in the living room. I’d give Yuri six stars if I could. He accommodated our schedule and went way beyond our expectations.

House is a ranch with a finished basement. Yuri's cleaning service (because of his truck and the system contained within) is the only one I know of that can fully clean the main trunks from the one central point of access in the basement. Most air duct services will clean only the vents and returns but fail to clean the trunks. He's also installed an upgraded air filtration system. He knows his stuff and happily explains if you have questions. He does a thorough job and it will take some time to complete but you can be sure it's done properly

The service offered by PYM is excellent with very reasonable cost. The professional job done by Yuriy and his team in my small house took almost 6 hour to finish it. it was done prefectly and left the place as clean as it was. thanks for your service and good job achived.

I've not had a need for this service before and can tell why there are many scammers out there in this industry. After watching their methods, PYM is quite thorough and left no vent un-cleaned. Yuri and his help did an amazing job at our house. They pulled lots of old plaster and large pieces of rock (?!) out of our vents. They also pulled the blower assembly from our furnace and cleaned it for no extra charge. They took plenty of time to speak to me after the job was finished and answer all my questions. They were not in a rush and told me about their other services (when I inquired) without being pushy whatsoever. I highly recommend PYM. Their pricing is quite reasonable for top notch-service. We needed our dryer duct cleaned after a problem with our dryer. PYM responded immediately. Yuri was very professional, showed us the before and after of the duct lint buildup. Found a problem with the installation from dryer to duct we were unaware of and fixed it. Answered all our questions and patiently explained solutions. Highly recommend and definitely know he was the best service person we have work for us recently.

WOW!!! What a great Company. Great price, great service, and just all around great guys. They scheduled my appointment in the later hours of the day because I wanted to move into the house this weekend. They offered the best price and when they arrived and did the job they were just amazing. I totally forgot to tell them that I also wanted the dryer vent cleaned before they packed everything in the truck. We did the walk through and I realized my mistake (My wife would have killed me). Yuri said, NO PROBLEM and went back, got his equipment and completed the dryer vent as well. Highly recommend.

This is my second time using this company. They are extremely fast to respond to the need. Both times they cleared out a broken dryer opening. Replaced the grate. Rain or shine they came through. This last time, they went above and beyond. I needed another vent cleared besides the one I originally called about. Fast, fair and professional. We unfortunately had a birds nest in our dryer vent and likely other debris that caused our home to smell when we ran the dryer. The highest rating service provider that we found, who was also local to us, was PYM. Yuri answered the phone, and came out same day. Not only did they respect our home by wearing shoe covers, they were polite, efficient, and thorough. Yuri even shared maintenance advice for our dryer with us. Yuri and his team at PYM are excellent. They performed a thorough cleaning of all the ducts in our house. I did not appreciate how big of a job this would be (they were here a full day) but that is due to their thoroughness from attic to basement and in between. They also serviced our dryer and troubleshooted some additional items that I would not have noticed if they hadn't brought them to my attention. I appreciate the quality of their work and overall professionalism.
