I had a fantastic experience with English Sweep. They called 15 minutes before arriving, which was super helpful, and they worked quickly—done in about 30 minutes! The technician cleaned up thoroughly, leaving no mess behind, and even took the time to teach me how to use the system properly. Great value for the price, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, efficient service.

English Sweep came out and did an inspection of my chimney following some sever weather that destroyed by roof. They were very professional, showed up on time and communicated extremely well throughout the appointment. I would recommend English Sweep to anyone who needs chimney work/inspections done.

English Sweep came highly recommended by our HVAC guy and it makes perfect sense why! We couldn't be more pleased with the ultimate professionalism, customer service, and quality of work we received from them.....from the initial phone call with Lorelei to schedule the inspection, to Russ, the service technician who did the inspection, to Sally who scheduled the work, to the 2 technicians (Chance and Thomas) who came to do the work. It was top-of-the-line service all the way around! This is the first time we've ever used this type of service, and they made the entire experience painless. The estimate technician was very thorough in his explanation of the work that needed to be done, using the pictures that he took during his inspection. The technicians who did the work were absolute gentlemen and were also very respectful of our property. They did such an amazing job of cleaning up after themselves, that one wouldn't even be able to tell we had work done (aside from our shiny new vents and tee). I can't speak highly enough of this business, and we will be sure to recommend them every chance we get.

Scheduling was easy. The job was down very quickly and efficiently. No complaints.

English Sweep was a great choice to replace my 18 yr old Chimney cap that was leaking. A field tech estimator was dispatched to my house within 48 hours to evaluate the problem and provide an estimate for a new Stainless steel cap. Kyle texted me 30 minutes prior to arrival within the specified time to provide an estimate. Kyle was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient in inspecting the cap and providing a detailed explanation of the problem and an estimate to replace.
I provided a deposit for the work order. I was told the cap would be fabricated and installed within 30 days. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from English Sweep that the cap was ready to be installed 7 days after it was ordered. Kyle returned to perform the installation today. The old material was removed and a shiny new Stainless steel chimney cap remains. Pictures were provided along with a paid in full receipt.
I highly recommend English Sweep for chimney cap and related flu and fire place repairs and upgrades. Thanks to Sally, Shannon and Kyle for a great experience and a new chimney cap!

The remote starter stopped working for my fireplace and I had it serviced back in December. The technician, Kyle G., checked the batteries in the receiver and he said they were the original batteries. Quick fix and no charge. That’s incredible customer service. I highly recommend English Sweep and Kyle G.

Jeff was extremely conscientious and did a fabulous job on our two fireplaces. I can’t wait for the weather to get cold enough to use them. Maybe this weekend?!!

Several neighbors recommended English Sweep for our old brick 3-story. Kyle, our technician, did a thorough and tidy job. We have multiple chimneys in need of repair, and he put together several estimates, all reasonable. English Sweep provides photos with the inspection report, which is very helpful.
The phone schedulers and office staff were friendly, straightforward, and professional. I have to admit I was put on guard by their using the word investment instead of price -- "HVAC chimney inspection is an investment of $279" -- but everything was done honestly and put my concerns to rest.

English Sweep did a fantastic job in a potentially dangerous situation in my home. I had our annual furnace maintenance this week and the technician noticed a backdraft and condensation in our furnace and water heater flue indicating our flue was blocked and carbon monoxide was back drafting into our home. Turned everything off and called English Sweep immediately. English Sweep sent Kyle to our house within 2 days and he found that squirrels had chewed through the aluminum flue cap and had built a nest of leaves and grass in my furnace flue. Kyle worked for 2 - 3 hours to clear the flue but unfortunately could not get a replacement stainless steel flue cap for a few days and had to put the old cap on. Within 2 days the squirrels had built another nest in the flue. Called English Sweep and they sent out Gino right away. Gino put the new flue cap on and worked for 2 - 3 hours to remove the new nest on what was supposed to be his day off. Cannot say enough about English Sweep, Kyle, and Gino. Super nice guys, who didn't give up, and worked their butts off to clear my flue which was difficult due to an offset in the flue line between the basement and roof. Fantastic service is provided by English Sweep and I would definitely recommend their service.

The two guys that worked on our chimney were very professional and did a fantastic job. The only thing they didn’t do was the dance from Mary Poppins.

I was concerned that our gas fireplace wasn't working right, and made an appointment. Jeff had a look, explained that it was in good shape and calmed my worries; no charge for the visit!

Greg did an awesome job servicing our chimney and replacing a panel. Everything was done quickly and cleanly. Highly recommend this company.

Kyle came over to fix a gas leak and he couldn’t fix it because of where it was located. He looked at my gas log fireplace and said it was very clean. He was so nice and honest. No charge!

Tom and Dillion were great and did backflips to address my chimney needs. The May tornado damages our chimneys and when English Sweeps arrived the chimney had not been properly prepped by the roofing team. - No worries! English Sweeps to the rescue. Thanks to Tom and Dillion for working with me to get it done. i appreciated their flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond to get my flu and damper placed.

Nate, Ian and Jake were polite, professional and so nice. They basically rebuilt the interior of our fireplace and patiently put up with all my questions as they worked. Will definitely be working with English Sweep in the future.

I can't say enough positive things about my fireplace service by Kyle. He was very kind and explained in detail what needed to be completed in order for my old gas fireplace to be brought up to working condition. He took steps to keep the area very clean as well. I now have a working fireplace at a very reasonable cost. Wonderful service thank you!

Russ was my technician. He called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at the time the appointment was scheduled. When he rang my doorbell I did not hear it because it did not ring inside of the house. He got back in his truck and was about to leave me a message. I thought that was very admirable of him because he could have just left. He came in and assessed what the problem was and took pictures and explained everything to me. He did a very good job.
