Seems this company is getting busier, name is getting out there....hire them while you can....Great service , straight forward and great pricing.....also has good tips on your furnace that your current or previous company didn't advice you about....

I had Yuri duct clean our house and our rental house. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Id recommend him to anyone looking for a good quality duct cleaning job.

We called Yuri after having our floors refinished to clean our HVAC duct systems, they were extremely nice and trustworthy professionals. No corners were cut with him and his partner. They worked nonstop up until the job was finished and cleaned every duct and vent in the house. Extremely thorough and went above and beyond and fixed some disconnected duct work and pointed out some faulty installed components. I will definitely recommend PYM to friends and family and will use again. Very fair pricing for the amount of work done.

Look do further and HIRE YURI! Yuri and his team were phenomenal. I have no idea what was entailed with vent cleaning and needed someone to come quickly to my house. Yuri made it happen and also went above and beyond wiping down things he did not have to do and took time to explain the process. If I could give him 10 STARS I would!

We called PYM to clean our dryer vent after seeing many positive posts. Yuri and his partner did a thorough job of cleaning our very long and very clogged duct. They then proposed opening the wall to straighten the connection to the dryer which is offset due to the design of the small laundry room and caused the block. After resetting the wall pipe at an angle Yuri made a custom steel box to close the wall and hooked up flexible tubing. Having eliminated the old right angle box, we now have excellent air circulation out of the dryer for the first time ever. The cost was reasonable, Yuri was knowledgeable and very personable, and they cleaned the area thoroughly before leaving. We couldn't be more pleased. 5 stars because you can't give 6.

Yuri was outstanding to work with, one of those guys that no matter how late in the day it is he doesn't cut corners and won't leave your house until the job is done right. I don't write many reviews, but his service compelled me to provide some feedback.

PYM was recommended by our furnace company that we use. Yuri was very thorough and not in a hurry to finish the job. His price was very reasonable compared to the other prices we got. In addition, he laid out floor and stair covers and you couldn’t even tell he was here. We will use his service again and recommend to our friends and family.

I appreciated the options St. Louis Clean Air offers. Punctual and friendly service. Fair pricing too! They did a great job.

Our HVAC system had broken down and we were in a bind at a very short notice. We called up the clean air company and were greeted by a very experienced and knowledgeable staff member who listed to our situation very patiently and gave us options that would meet our needs both from a point of view of getting our HVAC back up and running but also something that would fit the budget. They were very responsive as they arrived onsite and took care of our problem in a very professional manner. I would strongly suggest them to other folks who are looking for a trustable partner for their HVAC needs.

This is a scam. They promise in their warranty to come back and service our home for $299. When we call them, no one answers and the mailbox is full. On 2 occasions we called and were able to speak with a live person, only to be told that they have no record of us in their system. Then, after scheduling them to come back on these two occasions, no one ever showed up, confirmed the appointments, or followed up after the missed appointments. Now they won’t take our calls at all. If we knew they would not return, we would not have bought their full system service, as it would have been cheaper to buy the traditional one-time service. We will be seeking legal means of recovering the additional costs that “qualified” us for this discounted rate.

I used St. Louis Clean Air for a thorough HVAC vent cleaning and disinfecting. The service itself was great, and there is a noticeable difference in my home's air quality which has improved my allergies. The downside is that the company has been completely unresponsive in my multiple attempts to contact them regarding a reusable air filter I had purchased from them and never received. It's taken a ridiculous amount of attempts to call and leave messages that go unreturned, to try to locate the filter which was $130. I finally was able to get through to someone but they said they'd have to call me back once they locate a tracking number for the filter. I also had a "maintenance" program charge on my invoice of $100 that I did not agree to, and was told a manager would have to call me back concerning that. I may adjust my rating if these issues become resolved... but I'm not going to hold my breath until they redeem themselves on that front and actually call back.

*Edit to update my experience... St. Louis Clean Air still won't return my calls to update me with tracking information or to resolve the $100 charge. I had to call them from a different phone number for them to even answer when I sought out a followup. The gal I spoke with asked what size furnace filter I needed, which I found odd because that was clearly stated on my carbon copy of the paperwork. I'm thinking it was never even ordered. I've since placed a dispute on my credit card for the extra charges and Item I never received.

I also want to clarify that the technician, Chris, who came in to do the work was excellent. He was also from out of state and traveling to the area to "straighten out the St. Louis location" and he probably shouldn't have told me this. He also said that the St. Louis location had put my very tiny house down as a 3600 sq ft home, and that was not a mistake as they were knowingly being dishonest and padding their numbers. Sorry Chris!!! But I have to snitch here because we're talking about me losing
money doing business with an incredibly dishonest and unprofessional company.

When I noticed a burning smell from our dryer, I scheduled dryer vent cleaning immediately. The technician found a blockage that could have easily caused a fire. We also decided to get a full air duct cleaning and furnace cleaning since we hadn’t done it in years. The crew was on time, polite, and super efficient. They even recommended UV light installation to help purify the air. Since then, our home feels safer and more breathable.!!

Fast, professional and courteous service. I've had English Sweep at my house twice and I highly recommend them. Greg Smith, our Service Technician, is very good and I'll request him for any future work.

Kyle did an excellent job. The best service I have ever received. Very personable and professional.

We had another company tell us that our wood burning fireplace, that was converted from gas, was not able to be used and told us that if we wanted to have a fire, we not only had to convert it back to gas, but we had to purchase an expensive insert as opposed to just gas logs. So when Kyle came to inspect it, we were expecting more of the same. Not only did he fix our issue easily and quickly, but he also provided a quote within a couple days to get gas logs if we chose to at a later date at a fraction of the price of the original company. Thank you Kyle! I highly recommend English Sweep.

This was our first time using English Sweep and we definitely recommend them. Office staff (Laura, maybe?) was very helpful in getting us scheduled for an estimate plus cleaning, and was upfront with the cost. Russ was on time, thorough, and really cared about keeping our area tidy! He kept us informed at every step of the process and has a lot of knowledge to share. Estimate was received quickly and seems comparable to others; waiting on other bids to see which we'll go with.

KYLE did a fantastic job at our house. He gave the fireplace a thorough inspection & a bid for the work. We had someone else also come out to see it & they quoted us THOUSANDS more for unnecessary work to be done. Kyle was honest about what needed to be done & we really appreciate it. Highly recommend!!
