I had a refrigeration problem, no cold air was getting through to the refrigator. Because of an ice maker problem. We changed the filter and solved that problem. But the damage was already done, water went into the vent an froze up. I thought this company Sears used was unprofessional ! The car he came in was not marked, his shirt was not labeled, his bag of tools, all had no logos of where he was from. I new right off what the problem was and asked him to check it he said, he had seen this problem before ,but he dad not seen my problem. He said more or less he didn't want to do it by his lazy actions. He said to unplug the refrigator open the doors and freezer For four days and let all my ice cream and meat thaw and spoil. As I had no where to put them. My husband took it apart and the problem was not to bad, the coils were not frozen. We put boiling water down it to the drip pan and that fixed the problem, why couldn't he have done that, he was just lazy and didn't want to do the job. My husband is a day sleeper and drives truck at night, so this put a hardship on him ! This makes me not want to buy Kenmore any more, or an extended! Sorry Sears, you used to service your products yourself, you have really on down hill!

I was thoroughly disappointed in the service by Telco Electronics. I took my 55 inch television to Telco for repairs and it took them a little over a week before they even turned it on so inform me that they couldn't find an issue.
Once I brought the tv back home, I found that the issue was still in fact there. It's a waste of my $50, my time to drive the television there and back not to mention.....I had to call them because a courtesy phone call from Telco was never received. Keep the money.....I won't be back. -
On Wednesday Nov. 3rd around 4:00 pm we noticed our LG fridge wasn’t cooling. I was leaving on a business trip the next day at 3:45 am. I first called LG because the fridge was only about 3.5 years old. LG was already closed for the day. I looked up repair places in our area. The first place didn’t work on LG but gave the name of two places that did. The first place was closed. The 2nd place was Telco. I called and they said they could be out Thursday and if it was under warranty there would be no charge to us. I agreed to have them out. Thursday morning, I called LG and they said they used their own technicians not independent companies but couldn’t have a technician out until Nov. 10th. LG also said the fridge issue sounded like it would be covered by warranty. My wife needed the fridge ASAP for medical reasons so we kept the appointment with Telco believing it would be under warranty. The repair man for Telco arrived on time, he was very young. He tested the fridge and said it defiantly was not the compressor and the repairs would not be covered by warranty. I was told by that technician the parts would take at least 5 days and the cost would be between $600.00 to $1,000.00 to repair the fridge. He charged us $80.00 and said it would be applied to the repairs if we used Telco. We were in an odd situation, so I paid the $80.00 and called LG and scheduled with LG. LG’s technician arrived on Nov. 10th and had many years’ experience. The technician tested the fridge and said within the first 15 minutes it needed a new compressor and all parts and labor would be covered under warranty. He repaired the fridge the same day at no charge to us. He had no knowledge of Telco. When I called Telco and explained what happened and asked for my $80.00 back Wes at Telco told me if I would have used them and LG covered the repairs, they would have given me my $80.00 back. But I was told it wasn’t under warranty? Then I was told it was LG’s fault for not letting Telco repair my fridge and I should call LG and ask LG my $80.00 back! I’m still shocked! What were they going to do? Charge me $600-$1000 and then try and collect from LG under warranty? Telco either doesn’t know what they’re doing when it comes to LG products or they’re dishonest.
Oh, and the fridge has been working just fine since LG fixed it. -
Contacted Telco due to my washer not working properly. We were still able to use our washer on one cycle. Technician came out and said computer board needed replaced. After his visit the door locked and we couldn't use our washer. Waited two weeks for the parts and another Technician came out. He said the computer is not the problem and wanted to replace the wiring harness. I said ok but I would still like the computer board replaced and the door lock sensor. He explained that the door will unlock once we hit start cycle. I tried multiple times and multiple ways. Nothing. Called today and I was told more parts were ordered that I did not know about. Also the door lock sensor was not the problem. So they did not replace it. This is the absolute worse experience I have had with a repair company. Just because I said I wanted all the parts replaced does not mean to add additional parts that were not discussed with me. Because of this, we are getting another company to work on our washer and I will gladly spend the 550 to have someone else fix it. Definitely would not recommend this company at all and will tell everyone I know not to go to them for any repairs.
Thanks for the refund. However, parts being ordered should be discussed even if it is just to be prepared. A business needs to communicate with customers about what to expect. I didn't even know the door lock sensor was being ordered until I called the office and asked. That was when it was mentioned the computer board was in but waiting on the sensor. Again, my washer worked on one cycle until the technician came out. We could have continued to use our washer on that one cycle until it was fixed. Not sure why the door locked and was unable to open it after the technician left. We have two babies and 8 adults. Laundromat are expensive for all of us. I would highly recommend better communication in the future. -
11/29 Update- they responded to the review then did a dirty delete for some reason.
Someone called my cell and said they worked here and then asked me to confirm my address. Up to this point I hadn’t heard back from Samsung and was not expecting anyone to come fix my television. I asked him why he would need me to confirm my address and he rudely replied “so we can come fix your tv” again it was his tone when replying and not what he said. I asked him not to take a tone with me as I was not expecting this call or any one to come and while I was speaking he hung up on me. -
Don’t waste your money. Our dishwasher had a very common error code and the technician Nikolas had no idea what it meant. He told us we could replace a part but he wasn’t sure if it would fix it. He ran the cycle once and the error didn’t pop up. We told him it always happens on the second cycle after we reset it but he wouldn’t stay to find out. Said it was working fine and left, the code kicked back on right after he left. We called in and the guy on the phone said well the tech recommended this part and you didn’t want it so he left. That is not what happened and the guy was rude and hung up the phone. Such a rip off!

First of all, they gave me an ETA between 8 AM and 4 PM. I had to take work off to account for this significant amount of time. 4 PM comes around, they didn’t show, I call and they said it’s actually between 10 AM and 6 PM. The guy shows up at 6 PM. He tried to leave early and say the wiring in my house was faulty, that he can’t do anything until I fix the wiring in the house. I walked him to the breaker panel and showed him how to use it. It was the reason for my call to begin with, a dryer that kept tripping the breaker. He reluctantly stayed after I called him out on his lie, and tried to fix my dryer. After 1.5 hours, he says I quit, I was supposed to be home two hours ago, you are going to have to finish this job. He couldn’t even connect the vent hose successfully. Very frustrating, had to take an entire day off of work for someone that clearly does not want to be there, who isn’t a professional, and to show up hours late. Do not recommend.
