They just did my roof ! The corner of the roof looks loose ! They're supposed to have someone call me come out no one ever called! Looks like it's real patchy to where they stuck little pieces of roof in here and there , I don't like that!

I dealt with Jason from the Boise office for the second time. His professionalism was top notch. His knowledge of materials was outstanding. He listened to my needs and advised me of pros and cons of my choice of siding. There was no pressure on my decision of types of windows or siding. Cobex did my roof last year and I was extremely pleased with the results. I am looking forward to the completion of siding and windows. I would highly recommend Cobex.

Cobex installed an excellent roof for us four months ago, and the installment was quick and professional. However, we had agreed upfront to do additional siding repair, and Cobex still has not followed through on this additional repair job. We have experienced very poor communication. We had really good interactions with the company upfront, and their sales guys are great, but have slowly lost our trust as we’ve gone through the process.
