Every place is different and you want to avoid cracking or failing in 1-2 years. Brandon will make sure you have quality product that last.

Brandon and his crew have done several jobs for me. Each one has had their own challenges ( such is the game of construction) but the way Brandon and his crew handle the challenges have been amazing. Worth the price tag. We had to wait a bit to make it on their schedule, but for good reason. They were thorough, polite, and their finished concrete pad was exactly what we had asked and hoped for. They definitely delivered on their end. Guys worked so hard in the heat of summer, and I feel like it was money well spent. Highly recommend them to friends, already recommend them to family.

Recently had COT Construction out to pour a pad for our new patio cover and sunroom. The challenges they faced on this project concerned me (pipes in the way, multiple grade levels, weather, picky homeowners) but Brandon, Anthony and Isaac handled it all with ease. We had an excellent experience working with this landscaping team. The scope of our project was extensive, and they delivered on every aspect with professionalism and integrity.

They completely redid our sprinkler system, added drip lines, installed new sod in both the front and back yards, poured a concrete pad along the side of the house, and redid our driveway and front walkway. They also created a new path from the road up to the house, added beautiful board-formed concrete design walls in the front, and built seat walls in the backyard to create additional seating and define separate areas. On top of that, they ran a gas line for a future fire pit and added a walkway connecting the new side pad to our existing backyard patio.

What really stood out was how they handled challenges along the way. There was a lot of back-and-forth between all parties involved, including the design contractor, but this team made the process incredibly easy. They were always responsive, easy to get ahold of, and genuinely listened to our concerns. They came out multiple times to make sure everything was done correctly and that we were fully satisfied. Even when the design contractor had promised something that would normally have resulted in additional costs, they honored it without charging us extra, which says a lot about their integrity and commitment to their work.

Overall, the quality of work, communication, and follow-through exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely continue to use them for future projects and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled landscaping company.

After getting several opinions about our drainage problem, we chose City of Trees—and we are very glad we did.

We have an older driveway that slopes below grade, so every time it rained the water would run toward the corners and straight into our garage. It had been a frustrating problem for a long time. The City of Trees team came up with a smart and effective solution. They installed a drain across the entire width of the driveway and positioned the low point several feet away from the garage so the water now flows safely away from the house.

What really impressed us was their expertise and attention to detail. They ran the drain underneath an existing retaining wall without damaging it, which clearly required careful planning and skill. While they were working, they also noticed water pooling near our foundation. Instead of ignoring it, they proactively recommended installing drains for the gutter downspouts as well. They dug out and installed two additional drains to carry that water away from the house and protect the foundation.

The City of Trees team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to solving the problem the right way rather than just doing the minimum. They looked at the overall water flow around the property and made sure everything was handled properly.

The workmanship and problem-solving were outstanding, and the results speak for themselves. If you have drainage issues, water pooling, or driveway runoff problems, I highly recommend City of Trees. It’s rare to find a company that combines this level of skill, professionalism, and genuine care for doing the job right.
