Went there today to get educated on LED recessed ceiling lights in our home. Went in office door, young gentleman got right up took us to contractor area where he jumped right in researching then solving our non-standard (old tribal) knowledge with up to date electrical household lighting process. The rest of the gang in contractor area were just as eager to help this old Sailor. Yes, we will return.

I called last night due to a breaker issue convinced me to wait until today at 3pm. At 423pm I had not heard form him, so I reach out to them and said oh running late. 630pm still no word from them I reach out to them again no answer. Don’t make an appointment if you can’t keep it now due to this issue I have no heat and have to pay an emergency fee. When if I had known I could have called someone else earlier. DO NOT USE them!!!!!!!!

These guys "no showed" twice for appointments to come out and give me a quote. They showed total disrespect for my time as a potential customer.

The first appointment was set up via email for Friday at 9 AM. At 10 AM, when nobody had come, I called and left a message.

The owner called back and said that the appointment didn't make it onto the calendar, apologized, and said he could come out between 3:30 and 4. When 4:30 PM rolled around and nobody had shown, I called and left a message that was not returned.

I’m resorting to leaving a 1-star review because I don’t know how else to get Fred to respond to me. He did work for us a few weeks ago, was paid as he left, and promised us an invoice. I need that invoice for insurance purposes. He keeps promising an invoice over and over, but recently has stopped even responding to texts. So frustrating.

Fred came on time and still kept my appointment even though many businesses are closing right now. And did his best to accommodate my needs for changing out my fuse box to a circuit breaker.

Fred and American Pro Electric did a great job for us...he installed to pendant light fixtures above our kitchen island, a 64" ceiling fan, 2 new outlets and 4 new dimmer switches...it's like they've always been there! We now have our go-to electrician!...highly recommend!
