On time, professional, and did a great job 👏 on my carpet that had pet urine on it. It also had a coffee stain that was removed. The urine smell removal is an extra charge but it had to be done. I recommend Rez Zero.

Technician was very polite and very thorough. Our carpets looked amazing. He did an excellent job. Would definitely use them again.

We had the carpets cleaned at our church. We were very pleased with the whole process. Cory came and gave us an estimate and answered all our questions. Victor came and was very prompt. He explained the whole process and what to do, to best care for our carpets. They have large fans they use to help expedite the drying process. Spots that I thought would not come out came clean!

BRYANT was the contractor for our job. There was a lot of wear and tear on the living room carpet. Our furniture was not too bad as shape but it definitely looks better at this point very professional very courteous. I would recommend Bryant at any time.

I'll definitely use Zerorez again! I knocked over an entire container of dark green candlewax. Huge mess, and I thought the carpet was ruined. I couldn't believe it, but they got it all out! My husband and I are amazed. Polite employees, great prices, and they do an excellent job!

I was excited to have our carpets cleaned today by Zerorez. A neighbor recently had his carpets cleaned by Zerorez and was so impressed with the results, he sent the technician Jonathan to come over and tell me about the cleaning process and pricing. I scheduled an appointment after finding out the company uses strong alkaline water, as I understand it is a powerful cleaner, without using chemicals. Jonathan did such a thorough job and the results were amazing. He's a man of excellence and a real pro at his work. I highly recommend Zerorez and Jonathan's carpet cleaning service!

So very pleased with the carpet cleaning Victor did for us. I heard an ad on the radio awhile ago and I was intrigued by the process used by Zerorez. Victor explained everything prior to starting and answered all of our questions. The carpet had not been cleaned in years, so when Victor was finished, I was so amazed. It looks great! Booking was incredibly easy — I was able to schedule within two days and they arrived right on time. They were professional, identified exactly where we had staining from our older dog who had started losing her bladder, and completely removed the spots. The quality of service far exceeded the price — which was more than reasonable. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!

Great customer service. I had two smaller rugs cleaned. Their minimum is $100 which is pricey for the 10 minutes they spent cleaning my small rugs, but I understand having a minimum for the travel, equipment, etc. After the tech left, I noticed a spot was missed on my rug. Within 24 hours they had a technician come back to my house to make it right at no extra cost. Would use them again!

Marshall was polite, communicated when on the way, quick, efficient, answered our questions, and the carpet looks great. First photo is a “before” photo when I remembered to take one, lol. And the other is after.

Get ready to be upsold on everything. ZeroRez saw an empty house and figured we had moved or we were landlord living elsewhere. Tried to tell us our house "smelled deeply of urine" and pitched us buying more services. Walked in, house smelled nothing like urine (but thanks ZeroRez) and denied their service. Tech tried to use black lights to tell me I was wrong. Upon doing the survey at the end when paying, it was clear they just cared about how much the terch had tried to upsell me on multiple services. Use a mom & pop. These guys are a joke.
