Mike was knowledgeable and hardworking. He made our tile look like it was brand new and got all pet stains out of the carpets. I highly recommend him and Zerorez!

Zerorez did an AMAZING job on our home carpets. They were so thorough and did a fantastic job not only on our carpets but also on our walk in shower. He also got our pet stains out from our new puppy. Yay! The tech was also super nice and friendly, yet very professional. Would highly recommend!!!

Had two gentleman come in and clean my carpet this morning and were able to remove cat pee. Extremely nice, quick, efficient and communicated really well! My family loves this company and are excited to use them in the future!

We had a bad experience initially. They sent out a dofferent technician,Ben, to re-do things.
He was very pleasant, profession and kind. He listened to my concerns. The cleaning results were completely different the second time. We are very impressed and can't say enough about, Ben. He's definitely who you should request!

Mack did an awesome and through job cleaning a white upholstered chair and area rug. He explained what he would be doing, the product being used, the time estimated for the job. I had questions and he answered them so clearly. I would recommend Zerorez in a heart beat!

Amazing!! I feel like my carpet is clean again. Had lots of stinky spots and now i can play with my babies without smelling odors. Used the encapsulation method and it worked great. Outstanding service from Douglas. Very thorough and friendly.

Jonathan thoughtfully gave me a call to let me know he was about 30 minutes out. Once he arrived, he gave a thorough explanation of what he would do and got to work on some stains in my art studio. He did a wonderful job on all the carpets and was such a pleasant person! I think the carpets look pretty darn good for 30 year old white carpets!

My biggest issues:
Possible mold and damage to floorboards due to cleaners, damage to furniture, major inconveniences to the household, and no follow-up on resolving issues.

The first cleaning left the floor soaking wet and required us to call them out again to fix it after 4 days (pictured). This caused a musty smell, and possibly damaged the floor underneath (we will be looking into that). The second cleaning sucked up the water, but then left a heavy cleaner smell throughout the house and did not remove the cat pee smell. We paid for nothing but a week of inconvenience with loud fans, furniture moved everywhere, and multiple tries to reach out and get this resolved.

I vacuumed after the second cleaning and came away with a full container of dirt and debris, so I don't believe they cleaned anything (pictured).

Other service disappointments:
Unprofessionalism.

On the first cleaning, I was discussing charges and final instructions with the cleaner. As we're talking, he stops and looks at the box of donuts on my counter and says "Oh, Krispy Kream. Mind if I have one?" Before I even answer, and as I'm saying "Oh, actually there are only two left and my husband hasn't had any," he's opening and reaching into the box to grab a donut. I gave him a cupcake we had next to the donuts because I felt so awkward about the whole exchange. A minor issue compared to everything else, but still worth noting.

I wanted to give Zerorez a chance to fix the mistakes before I left feedback/reviews, so I called multiple times. I was told that customer service couldn't do anything and that HR or the boss would call me back later that day. I received no call back that day, or the day after (today). I have had too many inconveniences and possible major expenses caused at this point.

I have shared my experience with family and friends, and now will be sharing this post on all public review sites to warn people of the damage and unprofessionalism of this company. We will be examining the floor, and I will reach out to them again if we find any further damage.

I had a great experience! They came in quickly and asked questions making sure to do a thorough job. They finished very fast and updated me on all areas of the home and gave me great tips on keeping healthy carpets!

"I cannot recommend Jonathan from Zerorez Carpet Cleaning Boise enough! He was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to explain their unique cleaning process every step of the way.

What really impressed me was learning about their Zr™ Water technology. Jonathan explained how they use electrolyzed, high-alkaline water instead of the harsh soaps or detergents that most companies use. Because there’s no soapy residue left behind, my carpets don't have that 'crunchy' feel and won't attract new dirt as quickly.

He used their Zr™ Lifter to pull up deeply embedded pet hair and dirt that our vacuum simply couldn't reach, followed by the Zr™ Wand for a deep rinse and powerful extraction. As a result, our house smells amazing and our carpets—which had some tough pet stains—honestly look brand new again! The drying time was also much faster than I expected.

Zerorez, come on. This took me 4 minutes per cushion after you left and I only used hot water. Paid $150 to watch your machine pull money out of my couch.

Check out Joshua Grapatin's review also. Exact same experience. I waited 3 weeks to see if Zerorez would reach out from my submitted feedback form they sent, nothing. I left a voicemail, nothing. So here's my review. The couch looked worse than it did before the cleaning - it seemed to enhance the dirt. First pic is after the Zerorez service (you can still see their lines). Second pic - me with hot water and a rag after the service. Third pic - dry.

As for the Zerorez tech - super friendly, worked quick, no issues. Did a decent job on grout, enclosed shower and 2 carpet sections. Total $568 including couch.

Zerorez - chat sometime?

This is the second time I have used Zerorez. A year ago I was very happy with the results and am just as happy today. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. I needed stairs and three rooms done. I also asked for a protection treatment on it as it seemed to repel and make getting up spots easier between cleanings. The technician, Jacob, was professional and did a great job. He called to let me know he was on the way, explained the process, did a walk through and everything went just as he indicated it would. And at the cost quoted. He got some tough stains out that I doubted would come out. I plan to have it done every six months so my carpet will look better and hopefully lasts longer. I can definitely recommend this company!

I would give Zerorez ZERO stars. On Sept 6, 2025, they cleaned two carpets. The technician admitted his machine was leaking, then left the master bedroom carpet saturated, later causing mildew odor. While cleaning the spare room, a water line burst and gushed across the hallway. Instead of shutting it down, he had me fetch tools and even hold the wand while water kept pouring. I eventually dragged the machine outside myself, burning my ankle in the process, and then had to clean walls, floors, and furniture while he stood apologizing instead of helping.

Despite urgent calls, it took over 30 minutes before the owner responded, only to dismiss the situation with “accidents happen, what do you want me to do for you?” and then said he would come out Monday to assess the room. A friend advised me to pull back the carpet and padding that night to allow the subfloor to dry out.

The technician was a young man, very nice, but failed to act promptly and with concern, the owner minimized the damage, and repairs he made were substandard and padding only half-replaced, carpet poorly stapled. He removed the damaged baseboards that I will have repaired by someone who knows what they are doing.

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Excellent service. Donald was professional, extremely knowledgeable and competent. He clearly explained the entire process to us and our bedroom carpet and stairs were clean in an hour. Had not been happy with our vinyl siding , heavy oxidation and dirty water streaks made it look old. I had pressure washed it myself and that just made the water marks worse and didn’t fix the problem. You couldn’t touch the siding , especially the red trim without the color coming off on your hand or clothes. There was also black circles that were growing and multiplying on the north side. I was beginning to think it would have to be replaced, costing thousands of dollars. Found rolling suds and they did a thorough clean that removed all staining , even the shotgun mold circles. Very prompt and did a great quick clean up of cement areas too.The house looks great , very happy with the results. They were also VERY reasonably priced, much less than I had expected. Roy and his team are phenomenal! If you want a top notch power wash you must use Rolling Suds! You won’t regret it.
