My entire family used this carpet cleaning company for decades. My great-grandmother, grandmother, aunt and uncles, and my family used this company for years. This company was scheduled to do my great grandmothers carpets a few years ago. (Before she died). My GG paid him for 4 hours of carpet cleaning. After one hour of him cleaning, my dad AND my GG saw the owner (who was just at her house) driving around the roads of idaho while he was supposed to be earning his money for 4 hours of service. I just learned this happened but I cannot express how disappointed I am. The loyalty and money my family gave your company is an absolute joke. He swindled an old lady who trusted him. Now, I am so thankful my family doesn’t welcome this dishonest company to our homes anymore. If I had known this happened when it did, I never would have let my family go on without suing this company.

Can't say enough good things about Heritage Carpet cleaning. He looked at what we wanted done. Gave us a price and I could not be happier. We have white carpet and two German Shepherds and the carpet looks better than it has in years. We have tried a lot of different cleaners but this is the one we will stick with.

Shane and Judy have cleaned our carpets at all of our homes for the past several years and I would not use anyone else ever because they are the best!!!!! Excellent service consistently!!!

Highly recommend Heritage! We thought we needed new carpet, but it looks so good after the cleaning we no longer need to replace it. They even got silly putty out that had been stuck there for months! They are affordable, professional, and do an amazing job!

Have been using Heritage to clean our carpets for many years, they are prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. The negative review on this site doesn’t make sense, Heritage doesn’t charge by the hour and they have always been professional. We will continue to use Heritage as the need arises.

Heritage Carpet Cleaners have our allegiance because of the excellent service they provide. We had our carpets cleaned by them this week. Because of COVID we hadn't had our carpets cleaned for more than 2 years. We have WHITE carpeting and even though we always remove our shoes, there were visible stains and dirt, especially on the stairs. Shane tackles these hard jobs with energy and professionalism, as well as a high standard for the results. Called Heritage after being completely hosed by another company. They came out SAME DAY and did an amazing job. Shane was friendly, worked hard, and my carpets look amazing. Shane is wonderful! This company has been cleaning for our family for 30 years. If you have ever had your carpets cleaned you would know they don't charge by the hour!! Prices are amazing, very friendly and and professional!

My neighbor referred Shane to me. The lady who answered the phone was attentive, helpful and friendly. That in itself was a plus! Shane came out, on time, said exactly what he was going to do, did it and gave some tips for future carpet care. Also, priced right! I don’t see that level of customer service very often. Shane is amazing! He's been cleaning my Dad's carpets for years and my Dad only has good things to say. I just had him come in and clean our carpets in the house we've been renting for the past 3 years before turning it back over to the landlord. They were many stains we didn't think would come up, including red candle wax and multiple pet stains and he was able to get them up!
As we have moved into our brand new home, we will be using him often to keep up on our carpets!

Shane came to our home to clean my carpets yesterday. He was on time, pleasant, and did a fabulous job. I have found my new go to carpet guy.
