Bin Blasters is the best! They reached out to me on Instagram and their marketing immediately caught my attention. We were able to work together before our office grand opening, and they cleaned our trash cans and pressure washed our patio so everything looked fresh, clean, and ready for company.

This business understands the meaning of customer service! They answered the phone, and all my questions about the sheepskin rug I needed cleaned. When I took it in, they were ready and able to review the rug, share with me what it would take to clean it - in effort, time, and cost. I left the rug with them. They cleaned it beautifully/ perfectly, completed the work in less time than the estimate, texted me when it was done, and I went immediately to pick it up. The cost was the same; the rug was ready for me to review; the cost was the same as their estimate. They wrapped it up carefully for transporting and carried it to the car for me. Customer service doesn’t get better than this!

Fiber Specialties cleaned a Moroccan wool area rug. I had bought it via an auction and it needed a good cleaning. The rug, as delivered, looks terrific. As important, all of the staff at Fiber Specialties was helpful, responsive, on-time for pick-up and delivery and professional. They provided detailed instructions on keeping the rug in great condition going forward. I would recommend them highly!

Dropped a rug off to be cut into two seperate rugs. The edging matched perfectly. It looked as if it was always two separate rugs from the beginning.Also it only took a week. Great place will use again.

The team at Fiber Specialties was fantastic to work with. They were able to get a binding on my custom cut rug done and delivered in 1 week. They even installed it for me and educated me on how to care for a wool rug. I will definitely use them again.
