I cannot say enough good things about Fiber Specialties and how amazing they are. We had three rugs made of wall to wall carpet bound by them to use as area rugs. They worked hand in hand with our carpet guy, explained the best way to bind the rugs and they also delivered and placed them for us- one was huge so that was critical. They are responsive, communicative, absurdly well priced for what you are getting and just great people to work with. They also do rug cleaning and repair. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

Very knowledgeable and professional staff who took the time to explain the carpet cleaning process as well as the various repair options. I had 2 oriental rugs cleaning, one of which was repaired. Also purchased a pad for the larger rug.

As this was my first time using Fiber Specialties I was concerned about leaving an expensive Navajo rug with them. They are professional, fast, economical and very professional. My wife was ecstatic with the final result! We will be using them again soon!

Devin and his crew did a great job on our rug. Our dog had hurt his paw and proceeded to bleed on the dining room rug. We tried to clean it and only made it worse. Devin assured me that he had lots of experience working with those types of issues and said he could get it done in three weeks. He was true to his word. Picked up the carpet put it down today.It looks great. As a matter of fact it looks so good, I’m gonna have to get the entry rugs cleaned because he looks so dirty in comparison. I highly recommend Devin and we’ll bring more of our rugs to Fiber Specialties for future cleaning.
Rug is 8 by 10. Cost $425. Well worth it.

My first time using Fiber Specialties, but my rug looks pretty good. It's an ivory color (hard to clean) and it hadn't been cleaned in 3 years, so it was a definite challenge for the company. Also after they were finished with the rug, they were kind enough to hold onto it for another 2 weeks until we were finished with our kitchen remodel. Try sending them your rug to clean. They did a good job on mine.

Devin and his staff did an absolute amazing job on my rug! We had a few dog accidents and tried to clean it ourselves and thought we surely ruined it. So grateful as my rug came back better than new! Highly recommend them!

The Fiber Specialties team did a fantastic job cleaning our very old Oriental rug. They did minor repairs to stablize the edges.
It looks fabulous, colors are once again rich & vibrant. Highly recommend them to clean fine carpets! Excellent service.

I would highly recommend Fiber Specialties to anyone wanting their rugs cleaned. I have attempted to clean my wool tufted 5x8 area rug several times using a rented rug cleaner but was never entirely satisfied with the results. I finally had Fiber Specialties clean it and couldn't be happier with the results. In fact, I will be delivering 2 more rugs to them next week.

Fiber Specialties did a great job cleaning my area rugs, both hand-knotted and machine-made. Areas that needed repair were handled with expertise and are now hard to detect. Delivery and setup of the rugs is complimentary and done with care and professionalism. I would use Fiber Specialties again!

Excellent customer service. We had 2 oriental rugs that needed cleaned, and one of which needed some repair work (fringe). Devon answered all of our questions and also explained the options for the repair work. He is very knowledgeable with respect to the care and maintenance of oriental rugs. These guys and gals are great to work with. I’ve had them make several large carpet remnants into area rugs and their service was fast and effective. I recently had them cut down a rug they’d made for me previously, and had them clean it. It looks great and the sizing is perfect. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent experience with cleaning two wool rugs. The business is very well run, excellent communication and services. The rugs were picked up and returned- they were large and cumbersome for us to transport. They communicated well around pick up and drop off times, their assessment of the rugs, cost and payment method. One of the rugs seemed tricky to clean based on info I found on the internet but it was cleaned with no problems! Both rugs look beautiful with the colors revived and their dusty smell is gone. I would trust them again with my rugs any time!

Super service! Great advice on repair if wool hand knotted oriental. Chose to get a wool surge to replace damaged fringe. Color is a perfect match. Also picked up some very nice pads for this & some other rugs at home to protect new flooring. Very fast completion. Will definitely use their services again!

Found this company recently and presented a rather large project for them. They were tasked with a 16’x10’ Navajo rug to clean, and help stabilize. Man was I impressed. These guys are true professionals and were very personable, and presented multiple options while also not over selling additional services. Were timely, easy to get ahold of with questions. I would recommend anyone in town or southern Idaho with oriental rugs, Navajo rugs, or other textiles to trust them with them. You will be satisfied! Thanks again!

After a small flood I had an important and difficult to clean rug that was stained. These guys tested it before they cleaned it multiple times and then preceded to clean this rug. When they were done it looked brand new! Their equipment which includes a huge spinner and drying room is very impressive and their service is the best. We spoke multiple times on the phone and they were always available for questions. If I could give them 6 stars I would!.

Devin and the team at Fiber Specialties provided excellent customer service and the rugs came out looking much better than I had hoped. I brought in several older rugs that had not been cleaned in years and they now look very clean and much more vivid in color. I am very satisfied with the cleaning and repair and the cost was reasonable. Devin took the time to teach me about the rugs I own and about the options for cleaning, stabilization and repair.
