50 bent, damaged or deformed blind slats. Not only the above. One worker was observed to be impaired-at 10am! Further, one of the workers uprooted and stole a street sign. To the credit of the owner, the sign was returned and reset. However, I cannot recommend this company.

Curt Riley is very knowledgeable and efficient. He does a very professional and thorough job. I would recommend his service to anyone who needs their window blinds cleaned. The ultrasonic system is very good for removing germs, allergens and most all stains.

Was supposed to come at 10 to clean the rental we just moved from. I got to the house to pay him at 10:40 as agreed and he wasn't there. We had to call him and he said he wouldn't be there for another 40 minutes. We asked/reminded him to please leave the receipt. Our landlord requires a receipt showing that a professional blind-cleaning service came in or else we don't get our deposit ($1300) back. He didn't leave it. This was last Friday. We called again and he said he would drop it by. Henever came back with it and has not answered multiple phone calls. Now we may not get our cleaning deposit back. Don't waste your time on someone so unprofessional.

there is one thing positive about this company...my blinds are clean, but it stops there. when he came to clean my blinds it took him about twice as long as it should have, going into the late evening from starting in the early afternoon (BTW I have 8 blinds in my condo). while taking down my blinds he broke better than 3/4 of the clips that hold the decorative cover on the blinds and assured me that Velcro was the better solution rather than the factory clips. It was not by far, by the morning half of the covers were on the ground with the rest to follow shortly there after. On one of the blinds the blind was forced into the bracket making the string hard to move afterwards, it was not a problem before it was bowed in the bracket, this damage is now permanent even though it was eventually put in properly. Upon getting in touch with him shortly after the covers started falling I was stood up on the 4 different days he'd said he would come fix them without a phone call to say he wasn't coming; this wasted the majority of 4 days. when he did finally show up he did not have the proper clips as he said he would because of the cost of them and repeated putting them up with Velcro, again not holding for 24h if that. This left me having to complete his work properly because i didn't want to go through the headache of getting him here to redo it yet again. In closing I will never have this company do my blinds ever again

I had Curt clean six honeycomb blinds that had never been cleaned; 20 years in fact. When I picked them up, I was so amazed at how they looked, clean and like brand new. All of this was done in a timely manner of 24 hours and the customer service was great!

Liar and cheat!! I should have read reviews better about this company before having him come over. Kurt is the owner. Told us he would be here in the morning and never showed. Finally my husband gets a hold of him and he then just decided to change the appointment to later. This should have been my first red flag. Second red flag, He tells you all the great things you want to hear like” I would never clean anything that I couldn’t clean well, I wouldn’t cheat you out of money like that.” I had just purchased a home with older blinds that were dirty when we pulled them out. I hired him to clean the blinds and install them back for me. He said it would take 3 hrs and would be done same visit. He came and decided to speak to a carpet person I had working at my house about his personal remodeling issues instead of working. About 4 hours later (he’s just barely done cleaning), he came to me and said that he needed more brackets to install them. At this point, he had already told me to throw away about 1/2 the blinds because of sun damage which I told him was not a problem. Keep in mind that before he matched up the blinds I had left to the windows that were going to be installed in, he just went around to every window and just started screwing in brackets (which now I have to go and patch and repaint before installing new ones) he promised me he would return the next day to finish. This part was my fault because I was busy, I paid him by check (which he charged me over $300) That was the last time we saw him. He would answer a random voicemail and give some crazy excuses. Then we eventually ignored all of my calls. In the meantime, I’ve also realized all of the blinds have sun damage, he should have not cleaned any of them. I had my husband call him and he answers him and tells him he will come on that Friday. Never showed. But he didn’t have a problem cashing my check the next day after he left my house. This man is a crook and should have his business license revoked. Hey Kurt, I hope you feel good about taking hard earned money from people and not delivering what you say you will. How are you still in business?

The windows are so clean, it looks like an entirely new house. The Glass Act does great work for a great price! If you're on the fence, go for it, its so worth it (and I'm cheap so that's saying something ;)! I also really appreciated that Dru didn't mind my kids were running around like half-wild things. Would highly recommend!

Dru was someone I met a few weeks ago while at the gas station. I saw the info on his truck and asked for his services, and boy am I glad! He was very meticulous and seemed to care enough about us as a customer to do it as if it were his own home. We really appreciated him over some other "larger scale" window and house washing services in town. I will use him again, that is a guarantee! I will also try to get everyone I know that uses anyone else to switch to Dru. When you have great price and even better service, you know you must have hired Dru at The Glass Act Window Cleaning!

Our house glows! Dru did such an amazing job with pressure washing the house. We have lived here for 5 years, and I wish I would have gotten it pressure washed sooner. Dru was professional, and efficient and did an amazing job. He also washed all the outside windows. His prices were also reasonable. I am not going to wait 5 years again to get the house sparkling clean!
