We've been using Earth Home Eco for almost 2 years now. We just had another deep clean performed, and the work was done professionally, courteously, and efficiently. I definitely recommend them!

The difference in the quality & expertise of cleaning this company provides is amazing! Have have tried many different cleaning companies, only to be disappointed until now! They deliver what they advertise!! Their staff is professional, courteous & punctual & detailed. My house feels so fresh & clean without chemical toxins. Absolutely blown away. I’ve always been a “do-it-myselfer” but between juggling business and three kids the house needed some serious attention. We’re out in Kuna and I’m so glad they service this area!

It took so much stress off and the house looks amazing.. transformed. And smells so good without any harsh chemicals/cleaners. They pay incredible attention to detail and do an amazing job. I’m so glad I hired Earth Home cleaning, I’d highly recommend!

Update to previous review as of 8/28/23:

Today they came with a full crew and did a top to bottom cleaning. I'm currently pregnant and and this took a huge load off so I am extremely grateful. They cleaned lights, baseboards, picture frames, cabinet fronts, fridge and the house smells and looks amazing! I am especially thankful they use the full ECO line of products which are non-toxic as we are a chemical free home. They also use lemon and tea tree essential oils too so everything smells wonderful and I know it's not harmful to our health. They did such an exceptional job cleaning plus the owner called me to fix and over fix the negative experience I had 2 years ago which speaks volumes to their customer service. We will plan to use them again in the near future!

I had very high hopes for this company and was excited for their non-toxic cleaning services. I had them booked for 29 days and they called the day before I was expecting them to cancel on me saying I was “outside their service area” however they kept me booked for almost a full month and didn’t let me know until the last minute. Very disappointed and my only advice is to make absolute sure they service your area as they will book you without checking first. Also, I was only 10 minutes from their primary working area of Boise so I don’t think they are looking to expand their business or go to any of the suburbs around Boise

We have used Earth Home Eco Cleaning for about 3 years & think they are fantastic. The team of cleaners is great - they are totally trustworthy & do an amazing job each week. We had to be in NYC for the better part of last year & are so thankful that the team continued to take care of our house while we were away. We are so grateful for all of their help & will continue to work with them for the years to come.

This is my second review of Earth Home Eco Cleaning... posted two years ago after our first cleaning, just how lovely the service was and how well they did with our house.

We've now been consistent customers for two years, and I'm happy to say the consistency, thorough, and warm and friendly cleaners is our favorite day of the week. It's a service that brightens our week, and makes it easier to live our busy lives knowing we have our home so well taken care of when it's cleaned. Highly recommend!!

Overall very pleased with their service! We've found in the past that house cleaning services can be pretty erratic, with staffing issues, price, and schedules swinging all over the place. That said, our experience with Earth Home has been great. We usually get the same cleaning team, we get a reminder text 24 hours ahead of time and another reminder text when the crew is on their way to our house, and cleaning is typically done on time. While they may not be as inexpensive as paying a "random" person to clean your house, in our experience the cost savings isn't worth the headaches that come along with it. We plan to stay with Earth Home indefinitely, so long as the service level remains high.

Although there was a bit of a mix-up with scheduling, their office was able to resolve the mishap quickly and courteously.

Sariah was friendly, professional, and very thorough! She accomplished a lot during our 2 hour priority cleaning. My husband and I are expecting our first child and pay close attention to the products we use - especially considering so many cleaning products are full of harmful chemicals. I appreciate the inclusion of essential oils and the use of non-toxic products.

These ladies always do an excellent, thorough job. My house looks great! 🤩

We have used these cleaners several times for our house and it always smells and looks great. This last time, the owner(?) showed up and was training someone with our usual cleaner. The cleaner and the owner were both caught on camera encouraging the new employee. I love this and we need more employers like this. Not only will they have our continued business, but we’ll be passing the word on. Any employer who takes care of their employees is absolutely worth supporting.

Our family really needed help with our house. When I came home from work, I was blown away by the excellent job they did. I’m so thankful and have continued to have them clean the house every two weeks.

The housekeepers are professional and kind. They are consistently thorough, making the house truly clean and delightful.

They have been caring for our house for a few months now, and it is a huge stress relief— totally worth every penny!

Heidi and her team are fantastic!! She was able to fit us in for a move in deep clean last minute and was so understanding and accommodating. The team did an amazing job. Nothing like walking into a wonderfully smelling home with no spot left unclean. I would recommend her and her team any day and will continue to use them for regular maintenance cleaning needs.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I hired them to clean for my Niece who lives in Boise and just had TWINS (eeek!!), and she is beyond happy. Thank you for making me look good! Ya'll are killin it! The seamless transaction, even from afar, was exceptional. I haven't spoken to a more congenial group of people when it comes to customer service. Seriously, thank you so much for helping me take care of my family while I'm so far away.

We highly recommend Earth Home Eco Cleaning to the families of the Boise area! It's such a cornerstone of a healthy life to have regular non-toxic house cleaning so that we are not exposed to unnecessary chemical ingredients & smells. It's always worth spending the money to do this for your family. We've appreciated the reliable communication and friendliness of every single person we've engaged with! The girls who have cleaned over the past couple years have all been trustworthy and very kind. Thanks for setting the standard for house cleaning in general and making it next level by using totally natural / organic products in the process!

We hired this company for a “deep clean” and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I submitted kind, constructive feedback through their portal, expecting at least an acknowledgment, but two business days later, all I received was a receipt. We even left a small tip out of courtesy/awkward guilt for the cleaning that was done, which I now regret. I’m leaving this review now mostly because I feel my patience and understanding were taken for granted.

Several parts of the deep clean were left unfinished: the living room and entry windows and mirrors weren’t cleaned, the bedroom blinds were still dusty, the top of the fridge hadn’t been touched, and the light fixture above the sink was missed. These were all listed as included services on their website, so it was frustrating to find we had to do the work ourselves after paying a good chunk of money for 3 hours of cleaning.

We also received three different arrival time estimates, and the team still showed up 30 minutes early. Early better than late or never, I guess? Text notifications didn’t match what was actually happening either, for example, asking for feedback while cleaners were still in our home. I had planned to overlook these missteps, but these things added to the overall clumsy experience.

We’re very dissatisfied and won’t be using this business again. We had hoped for better, especially based on the many glowing reviews.

Ii recently found myself needing cleaning help. I was truly impressed with the information I was provided by Ms. Berry (Heidi). She was very thorough and answered any/all questions I had.
