For the $640 I prepaid, I expected my move out cleaning to be as perfect as it could be. It nearly went as expected. The secondary charge of $640 I just woke up to seeing is entirely unwarranted. 2 closets were intentionally skipped. The cleaners simply shut the doors I had left open and out of sight, out of mind. Now, I'm 1400 miles away.

I have been a client of Happy Homes Maids for ~2.5 years. Gillian and the ladies at Happy Homes have been AMAZING and I would never consider trusting another company in my home! I Highly recommend this professional cleaning service to all!

Happy Homes has come to our home 3 times and every time it has been a disappoint! The girls skip out on things and do things half butt. Its really annoying that I get charged for them to put sheets on a bed but yet the girls don't even hook the sheets under the mattress. Also they don't tuck the flat sheet under the mattress even a hotel staff knows how to make a bed correctly. They have told me every time they have cleaned my breakfast room table, just because you wipe it with a damp rag doesn't make it clean. Sometimes you need to grab a sponge and scrub. The first time they were doing a DEEP CLEAN the girls skipped out a everything trying to bail out in 2 hours of cleaning a 3500 square foot home,. I called in they sent somebody to audit which was nice and sad to see just how much the girls were trying to skip out on. I was getting charged $299 for a deep clean which was not that until the manger came. The girls lie saying they do stuff then skip it out like: wiping down dressers, cleaning around toilets, if there is a toy on the rug they vacuum around it verses picking it up, if you have 4 dishes in your sink they will skip not clean it serious the list is endless. I have had to call every week to complain about something not being done. It is so disheartening that a company can not guarantee that there girls are doing a good job and not representing this company in a great way. I have cameras in my home and I am temped to watch through them just to see what they didn't do. They also said they would have somebody come out and audit this week and nobody showed. For the amount they charge I should never have to call and complain. We used to have a gal come and clean she charged about 1/3 less and I never had to say anything ever. Seriously would not recommend this complain unless they can pull out a miracle to fix this all and guarantee there girls are going to do the job right the first time.

UPDATE: I would like to update my the status on my review. I was hoping to have give the Happy Home Maids the chance to show me what there company was really about with making their clients happy. Well upon me writing my review they did send a lady out to correct some of the issues that I hadn't already fixed. Which was nice and the gal did a great job. So we were happy to give them a couple more shots in hope that I would be removing my review to give them a positive one. Well that was not the case. This morning I got a call from them telling me that the team would not be here to clean tomorrow because had not changed my review and they think it would be best to cut ties. The gal included to tell me I was a difficult which I thought was extremely rude! I then told them that I was hoping that the girls were coming and going to do an amazing job that why I could update my review. She then stated that I couldn't have already updated review after the girl came out. I said I was planning on updating it after the girls came out to clean. I found it funny that instead of trying to stand and say we are going to really do a great job they wanted to cut ties as if they weren't confident in there work. Even when the manager came out to correct the problem my husband told her if we could just get the say team out it would be good. I must say that Happy Home Maids is a disappoint they are a small family owned company who if you write them a bad review they will then cancel your service if you don't change your review on there schedule. If this was a bigger corp the heat that would come back from this would be crazy not to mention telling somebody they were difficult. Also I would like to mention the people in review their Facebook are all family members and owners. FRom a marketing stand point you just shot yourself in the foot because this review has not chance of changing. Which is sad.

Great company! Happy Homes went above and beyond the call of duty! They took time to scrub some stubborn stains from my floor that I worked on numerous times and never could get out! I'm so impressed! Spotless house, quick service. No problems! Love that they're family owned and so easy to work with!

Happy Homes has been cleaning my home for years and they never disappoint! Very detail-oriented. I love coming home and finding everything spotless. I Highly recommend them. 5 stars aren't enough, I give them 10 stars.

I just got off the phone with Kamella and she was fantastic. She was willing to give a "very rough" estimate for a move-out clean based on square footage, the length of time we've lived here and a few other factors. I don't expect the price to be spot on, and I was clear with her about that. I just wanted to get an idea of how their rates work and once she understood that I was just looking for a very ballpark estimate, she was willing to give me very basic rates.

Based solely on the happy customers who have posted previous reviews as well as the friendly customer service over the phone, I plan to go ahead with this company. It may become a regular thing in our next home too, again, based on this first phone call.

I felt the need to share since there are people who have been unsatisfied with the company because they wouldn't give a quote over the phone. I find that places like this will help you understand their rate structure if you are willing to be flexible with the quote. You can't expect a spot on quote on a site-unseen property, after all. Your version of clean and mine might be much different, and that's part of the quote process also.

Lisa came out to see my home before the service date. She stayed at least 30 minutes or more. The house cleaning was scheduled for the upcoming Friday. She went over all the service cleaning I would be getting. In addition, she went over other details. On Wednesday evening I received a voice message from Lisa stating that they could not come out the following day (Thursday) without payment in advance. She was just at my house on Wednesday and never brought up payment in advance. Additionally, the cleaning date was Friday, not Thursday. She also stated that on Friday, she would come out and personally see how the cleaning people were doing. She never came. I believe she overcharged me for the 2 hours her 2 people were here ($180). The cleaning was OK, but not worth the price she charged by any means. Cleaning people were very nice and did an average job. Did not do the detailing (inside windows not cleaned, area around windows had dirt around the bottoms, and there were smudges on coffee table that were not removed). I would have shown Lisa had she come out as she stated she would do. The 2 girls cleaning my garage area were fantastic and did a great job (additional cost of $120). In short, not worth the price they charged for the house cleaning portion, and not professionally handled.

I was told several times by who I booked with to have a list of priorities and cleaners would address those first. I had a simple list to focus on floors & bathrooms. They were very courteous, but seemed unorganized from the start. After noticing they were still upstairs about 2/3-3/4 of the way through the time, I went upstairs where they had only done one bathroom and one of the two cleaners was fluffing pillows in a room I hadn't even mentioned. Clearly, time was not spent on the priorities I was told to provide and I don't know how much time was spent in rooms I had no interest in being touched. They then tried to speed through the rest of the job and it was underwhelming. They said they could spend more time to do it, mentioning they had some "variance" time and maybe another 15 minutes to complete the job. I let them finish and they said the office would call to discuss the performance and payment for extra time. The next day I was billed for an extra half hour and never was contacted. Just unimpressed with my experience here.

We have been a Happy Homes Maids’ customer for 7 years and can report we have been pleased with their services the entire time. Over time the maids have changed but the service has always been great. Questions and concerns have always been addressed quickly to our satisfaction. We have had other maids services in the past but are happy we are now with Happy Homes Maids.

I have been using Happy Homes now for about a year now and have been pleased with their service. I appreciate the flexibility and customizing to my needs. If something went wrong or was not satisfactory, they make it right. I went with other companies before trying Happy Homes and I'm happy I made the switch.

We have had them cleaning for us for over the last year. They have been absolutely amazing and I'm a tough critic when it comes to cleaning our house. In addition to that, I know our house is not an easy or fun home to clean. (We have 4 dogs and a very messy cat!) I am the type of person that goes through and checks over things. If something is missed I have called and they come out the next day and take care of it in a jiffy. Then the issue never happens again.

I fully understand that some people may of had a negative experience. But I think that is their fault in not properly communicating their expectations. You can't expect the ladies to read your mind and you can't expect them to put your crap away and do your dishes. (They will, but it's not a "standard clean" and if you want that service, then you have to communicate it to them.)

I can't sing enough praise on how the full experience has been in working with this company. From the office to the ladies that come to our home and clean. They have all been amazing. We plan on staying with this service for a very long time and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

I've used Happy Homes Maids twice now and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of service they provide. Their staff is incredibly friendly and my home has never been cleaner. I will definitely be using Happy Homes for years to come!

We have used Happy Homes for 2 1/2 years. These folks know the meaning of clean. They also communicate well and in a timely fashion. The same women clean each time which we really like; they know our house. If we ever have a request that's different from our regular clean, they are receptive and professional.

I have used Happy Homes Maid Service for a year or so now and I've been overall very pleased with their service. They are flexible in finding options that work for you and are a fair price. They are organized and pretty consistent. When a job isn't done to your satisfaction, they make it right. It's hard to find a good cleaning company that you can trust to do the job right, but I would recommend Happy Homes Maid Service.

I initially hired Happy Homes Maid because I liked their cleaning approach- clean the whole house in addition to deep cleaning one area of the house (kitchen, bathroom) each time. The prices were comparable to other companies.

When there was an issue with the cleaning in the past, the company would send someone to correct it in a timely manner. The management is very responsive to feedback.

Additionally, they are very flexible. My husband’s schedule is rather unpredictable and at times I had to give a short notice to cancel and they were accommodating. We also travel a lot and there has been no issue stopping the service when we’re away from home.

I would highly recommend this company!

Lovely cleaning service. My husband and I have two dogs and a very busy lifestyle, so we never have the chance to give our home a thorough clean. Having the Happy Homes team come through while we are at work, makes coming home to clean house the most amazing thing ever. They do such a great job, are mindful of our personal belongings and are great to work with!! Highly recommend them!

We’ve used Happy Homes for about 10 or so years, at 2 different houses. The office is responsive and easy to work with if I need to reschedule. Sometimes I’m working from home when the gals come to clean and they’ve always been very nice and courteous. On the rare occasion that I think something wasn’t done well enough, they send someone out quickly to get it taken care of. I think they are fairly priced as well.
