Nick (manager) is absolutely AWESOME to work with! He hires teams who are kind, professional and know how to get everything done that I ask and more! They are the only cleaning service I have trusted to be in my house without me there, absolutely recommend them!

UPDATE* After my first 1-star review, the manager was quick to give me a call and find out the reason, she seemed genuine and sincere in her effort to find out how the cleaners failed and to remedy the situation. Two different cleaners came a month later to do another cleaning and they did a much better job. The two gals did a great job dusting, leaving things as I would expect, and working the entire time they were scheduled, which was much appreciated. I give 4-stars now for the customer service, I appreciate their quick response and efforts to remedy the situation, but dependability is key when you are paying for a service, especially when you may not be present to monitor the job being done, I see great value in being able to trust the job being done correctly every time. Thank you for coming out again and showing that you value customer satisfaction.

I had my house cleaned yesterday, paid for a one-time deep cleaning for 3.5 hours. I am glad I got home before they left, as I noticed many things that were not completed or not done right, I saw dust in several places still, after it had "been done." I liked that the website said they clean up pet areas and do the base boards, but mine were not done. The bathroom where my cat's litter box was looked like it was not done at all, the mat was not even vacuumed, the bathroom base boards weren't touched. They were ready to leave one hour in and my son's downstairs bedroom had not been dusted or vacuumed. After the first hour when I started pointing things out that were missed only one of them was working at any given time, so no, I did not get my 3.5 hours worth (that is 1 hour 45 mins with two gals). I appreciate the one gal in the purple shirt that was sweating and working hard to fix what was missed, the other gal was kind, but admitted she was new and I understand that, but I wish she would have at least shown some hustle like the other lady. I do not know what was done that first hour downstairs since my son's room was not done, but I did notice my son's toothpaste was cleaned up and I thought that was weird as a toothpaste tube is kind of personal thing, I would have rather had her spend the time cleaning the bathroom. I lifted the seat and neither of the lids had been wiped. The stairs were not vacuumed. The purple shirt lady did an amazing job on the kitchen sink, but then the back kitchen counter was not even wiped as there was dust and crumbs on it. It reached the point where they looked ready to leave (one outside with the car on and the other vacuuming my son's room) and I was frankly tired of pointing things out and so they left and I spent the next two hours cleaning what they did not or doing what they did again. Not worth the money if I have to take my time to walk through and point out obvious things, for that I could have cleaned it myself. I understand people are calling in and new, but I would rather have had two experienced cleaners come another day than just the one for the price. Sadly I will not be using them again.

Absolutely recommend this cleaning company! They provide a very high level of customer service rarely seen, not to mention the cleaning was very thorough. The manager Nick really saved my hide since another local company flat out no called-no showed on my job (wont mention name here) and he jumped through hoops last minute to help me.

We have a large home and indoor pets. The team does a fantastic job getting all the pet hair off the floors and furniture. This team is awesome! Super friendly and courteous. Amanda and Katrina got way more done than I ever thought possible in the 3 hours that I booked. I called several places to do a move out cleaning. Boise Clean Pro was one of two places that called me back. I was impressed from the start. So I booked an appointment with them. They were professional from the beginning to the end of the process. And wow what a thorough job they did on my Mom's apartment. Immaculate from top to bottom. Superb in the details. Worth every penny plus peace of mind that it was done by professionals. It was one less thing we had to worry about getting my mom moved. A+++ highly recommended company. Just can't say enough!!

Amanda and Madi were very professional and kind, and our house looks amazing after their hard work. They had the cleaning done around a duct cleaner, carpet cleaner and yard services. We were also in the process of replacing our roof. They did a great job working with everyone and the cleaning turned out beautifully!! They even cleaned our entryway so it looked nice after the roofers were done! I would highly recommend Boise Clean Pro and I will be using them again in the future.

Boise Clean Pro did a wonderful job cleaning our house! I loved that they moved items to make sure to clean behind and under items. They did great and put up with us moving around the house while they did their work!

I tried sending a message via the website last week, but the issue persists. They don't clean floors. See pics. The dirt bits on the floor up against the wall have been there at least 3 weeks at this point and we get a weekly "clean". You can see some areas of the floor are somewhat clean and the rest is just covered in black. The floors have been that color for at least a year and a half.

A Boise Clean Pro cleaned my house last week before Thanksgiving and they did a fantastic job. My hardwood floors looked great, everything did. They were professional and thorough. I appreciate that they left a check list of the areas of my house that they cleaned. Kris the owner is easy to talk to and is really good with customers. I highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The job was supposed to be done 9/2. That was what was agreed upon between texts. On 9/5 it still wasnt done, was still a mess, and lame excuses just doesnt work. They almost blew a home sale. Keynan is a terrible business man. He doesnt know how to schedule, and he tried to blame us for his errors, stating it was miscommunication. I should have listened to the red flag when I contacted him fot the fourth time about this job, and he said it was because I texted him directly. Keynan, YOU introduced yourself to ME on this phone # via text, so as a business man you should know I would return conversation directly to you and not the main # (which went straight to v.m. anyway) and its your responsibility to schedule correctly, not mine. You said 9/2 was no issue. A HOME SALE WAS CONTINGENT upon this being completed, and we ended uppaying the buyer 600.00 so theycould get their own cleaning company.
