We just started using Boise Premier Cleaning in the last couple months and have had a great experience. During their first visit there were some things that weren't done properly or not done at all. Their office manager and owner of the company both contacted me to apologize and assure us that this was not their standard and sent someone to come back and complete the job. We were so happy to have a company with integrity and kindness. We love our new growing relationship with them and look forward to our home and office being taken care of by Boise Premier Cleaning.

We have used Boise Premier cleaning for almost 2 years now. They did a wonderful move out clean for us. We loved them so much, we have them come bi-weekly to clean our home. It's always the best day when they have cleaned! Coming home from a long day at work to a sparkling clean home is priceless! Highly recommend!

I hired Boise Premier Cleaning to clean our house while I am recuperating from hip replacement surgery. From the beginning they have been fantastic at communicating with me. I receive reminders of our appointment timeframe, a text from the cleaners letting me know they will arrive soon, and another one when they are about to wrap up. They are efficient and do a great job. Last week our cleaner Ahlea even wrapped up early and asked if there was anything extra she could do. Now that is great customer service!

I've been happy with the service, the attention to detail as well as the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff and management. The management is very easy to get ahold of and is helpful with special requests and/or schedule changes. The young ladies who have cleaned my home have been reliable, open to my comments and suggestions and professional. Grace most consistently cleans her home and I am always giddy when her car pulls up on our cleaning day.

Amber and her team are amazing! I’ve been using them for about six months and love coming home to a clean house after a long day at work. When we started, there were a couple things that were important to me that got missed and Amber was on top of it! She communicated with her team, fixed the problems, and it’s been great ever since.

My experience with Boise Premier Cleaning has been amazing! The time they book is more then enough to get to all the items on their check list for each room. The cleaner that we had is very fast, efficient and such a sweetheart! Having someone come into our home and take on the chore of cleaning and take that off of us is just the best feeling!
