Boise Clean Pro has been cleaning our house for 2 years twice a month. I chose them because they are locally owned by a woman and have been in business for many years. I'm very pleased with Boise Clean Pro and feel grateful to have found them.

I love coming home to find a “spic & span”clean townhouse. The list of cleaning services performed that day checked off with a note from our cleaning person on our counter is an extra nice touch..

Metayah and her team were fantastic. I required photos and she supplied plenty. Already have them lined up for another property once the move out is complete. 5 STARS!!

The team at Boise Clean Pro are awesome! We have been using them for the past few years, every month. They are reliable, always do a great and thorough job cleaning, and are very friendly too! They also go above and beyond. When they cleaned this week, they must have noticed how many leaves were taking over the outside front door area, and they took the liberty to sweep up and throw away the huge pile up of leaves, making it look beautiful! I was blown away that they went the extra mile to do that! It literally put a big smile on my face!! 😊

This is a great company. Very good cleaning, friendly employees, and very responsive if I need to change the date or time. The cleaners are great with my kids and pets. They have had background checks too so I don't feel like I need to lock everything away when they are coming to clean. They have done an amazing job!! I highly recommend them!!

I’ve had professional house cleaners for the last 10 years and after glowing reviews from a social media influencer decided to try Boise Premir Cleaning. I signed up for the deep cleaning, which included baseboards and cabinets, both of which weren’t cleaned whatsoever. The microwave was not cleaned, the floors were not mopped, they only vacuumed in the center of rooms, and not around furniture, counters were left unwiped, many areas were not vacuumed at all, including the stairs, and when I called the company to remedy the situation, I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I asked if they could come outside of the typical 48 hour window as both my kids have been sent home from school sick which I sent proof from the school to the team to verify, with what is likely the flu and the lady screamed at me telling me they had to come within 48 hours and she was fine exposing her team to illness and had no regard for my sick children needing time and space to rest.

We were completely BLOWN AWAY with the incredible work from Boise Premier Cleaning. Trying to figure out why I didn't do this sooner! Our house was so cozy and spotless, and we're so excited for our next cleaning!

I can't say enough amazing things about Amber and Boise Premier Cleaning! She is thourough and I love that I can give priority areas and focus on those and then, if there is time, they go to my secondary areas. We hired them to come in and do some cleaning prior to our house being put on the market. I was super disappointed in the results. We paid for 2 people for 4.5 hours and the work was mediocre at best. When I contacted them with the concerns and pictures I was told they stand by there work. Very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.

I should have reached out years ago. I've always been hesitant to have a cleaning service come into my home while I was at work, but I WISH I would have contacted them sooner! They are so professional, kind, and flexible, and I absolutely trust every member of their staff with my home and my pets that are "home alone." I've had such a great experience and love being able to sit back and relax on the weekends instead of clean! SO WORTH IT!

This is the first time I've hired someone to clean my house. I was a bit nervous to have a stranger cleaning my toilet and vacuuming all my dog hair (3 dogs = lots of hair). I felt like I might be judged. That was not the case at all! It was easy to schedule, the cleaner asked me to show her the house and asked for any specific requests then quietly went to work. She did an awesome job! My stove looked brand new and my husband even commented on how clean the bathroom was. She even cleaned the egg out of the microwave. We will be calling them again to set up regular cleanings. I am recommending to all my friends and family.
